Well below basic customer service.

Engine light came on my car ( new car under warranty ) , so tried to book it into stratstone stockton I rang them 5 times each time someone picked the phone up and put it straight down ( could here people talking in the background ) on the 6th time of ringing someone called vicky answered and took all my details and said a different lady ( forgot who she said ) will ring me back and get me booked in . I waited in that day for the phone call That was 2 days ago. Not had the decency to call me. have since read the bad reviews for this garage, Apalled at the shocking service NEVER had this with BMW or Chrysler

Darren and Dean have been outstanding with their customer dealing skills, looking after my family needs , I have purchased 2 Defenders, my wife Susan purchased an evoque and my daughter has a RR Sport all from Stockton Stratstone.. 10/10

I think they are trading on the fact that they are the only local dealer for Jaguar and Land Rover. No effort on the sale side required? Partner was looking to buy an Evoque so we looked round the cars outside, then went inside. The large group of staff having a chat didn't want to deal with us so we wandered around the showroom. The salesmen never looked up from the desk. We went back to the front desk and the same group were still chatting and laughing. I asked if anyone was selling today and was told that the salesmen were all busy. Luckily for us there are a few other makers within walking distance and she went there, was treated with respect and so she bought a vehicle there and then.

Tried twice to call Stratstone Stockton to arrange first service on Evoque First Edition. Phone rang and rang with no answer before auto disconnect. A diabolical situation for a major dealership. No doubt someone will blame Covid as an excuse which is now wearing very thin and likely be blamed for every element of poor customer service. My experiences with both Stratstone Jaguar and LandRover have been less than acceptable. About time the manufacturers tested their agents in the field. I like the product, not the agent! I shall go to Ripon dealership.

A dreadful service- car left showroom with a deep scratch in February- 4 visits later it has not been repaired- excuse every time. Three letters have been sent (General, Service & Sales management) and nobody has had the decency to reply. Still waiting for the repair . 28/09/20
