Extremely unprofessional and rude attitude of employees here. Tried to steal my money and trick me into paying £96 more than the price agreed the day before. Deceptive and dishonest and I do not recommend to anyone. I took my car here since they're supposed to be BMW approved but they did terrible work on my car which I have to pay to fix. I took to my car to a trusted car technician and he told me a lot of cars come out of Stratstone BMW damaged and they do not accept any liability. I will never be using this dealership again, avoid at all costs!

Stratstone BMW Tyneside are: - neglectful, completing work to an unacceptable standard. A dealership of this size surely can’t send away clients with tyres which need inflating right after placing new tyres. - rude and uncooperative when discussing complaints. I was told my complaint wouldn’t be taken any further when there were clear breaches of my consumer rights, and no action was taken in response to this. - dishonest and corrupt, trying to increase charges by 26% the day after a price was already agreed. When questioning this, I was told condescendingly that I was not in the tyre business. - unprofessional and uncaring. A diagnostic revealed a fault which was covered under my guarantee but this dealership did not reveal this and wanted to charge me £564 for the repair. Avoid this dealership at all costs. I found out Lloyd BMW will be taking over which will be a big risk for Lloyd BMW unless action is taken.

If you can avoid this dealership, for your own sanity please do!!!, the sevice department management are either in a coma, or intentionally the most inept, ignorant bunch of ××××××!! Possible
Pathetic for servicing and recalls. Never phone you back when they say they will, cut you off when you’re on hold. Unhelpful, unprofessional staff.
Great service on our new X1 M Sport. Delighted with our deal! No gimmicks or pushy sales pitch - just the car we wanted at the right price!

Once again Mr. Damian Maughan has come out top. From the moment we pre ordered our X1until delivery, he kept us informed every step of the way. Especially through the restrictions and set backs caused from the Covid19 virus. If anyone visits Stratstone Wallsend, with thoughts of purchasing a car ask for Damian as his service and professionalism is without a doubt one of the best you can find. He is friendly and informative without being forceful and overbearing like some sales persons can be. If you ask a question he will answer it or find the answer for you. He deserves 5* for the way he conducts himself towards old and new customers. He is an asset to BMW Stratstone Wallsend. Pam & Geoff Gibson two very satisfied customers.
i bought a bmw 318 from stratstone and it has cost me thousands to keep it on the road , it has been one thing after another , i paid £300 for a battered old toyota that was a better value than the £14000 i paid stratstone for this pile of junk . avoid at all costs as they will scam you ..

I took car for a BMW recall and while in they did a complimentary vehicle check , told the rear brakes and disc need replacing cost £529 refused the work as mot was due at the end of the month , today took it to a local garage to book Mot and asked for a breaks quote £250 !!! And it’s a qualified BMW garage , then when mechanic checked breaks he stated break are totally fine in fact nearly brand new ????? Not happy with this coz how many people have been taken to the cleaners with that ? Think this is a bit of a scam get a recall fir a free job and sting in the tail trying to get money for a job that doesn’t need doing !!! Absolutely shocking service !
