Got a slow puncture in my a class. Called out Mercedes service so I didn’t damage the rim. He said it was definitely repairable , put air in it and followed me to Mercedes Wakefield. They said it’s not their policy to repair and I had to have a new tyre. No chance. Drove to kwik fit and they’re doing it. Totally disgusted, will never go there again in my entire life.
I purchased an A class from Hash. I am very pleased with the car, Hash was very helpful Thanks to Hash and the team at mercedes wakefield HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Contacted by Mercedes to take my car into my local dealership (Wakefield) for a free engine software update which was urgent. Booked an appointment ASAP, left the car for the designated 2 hours to complete the specified update. Upon arrival to collect my car, I was shocked to find it hadn’t even been touched/moved. Their excuse was that it couldn’t be completed for a number of reasons which were clearly not true. Not only was I straight up lied to, it was made aware that it would cost £140 to be able to complete a “free of charge” update. I was then asked if I wanted to re-book! The whole dealership looked extremely unorganised
I purchased a used slk from Mercedes of Wakefield and could not have found a better dealership. The service I was given was second to none. Polite ,friendly and nothing to much trouble. Keep it up Wakefield and many thanks for a great car.👍👍👍👍👍

Just cannot say how bad Mercedes Wakefield after sales service is. Ihave just leased a new Mercedes GLC in the first 500mls it developed a rattle I took the car in and explained that rattle came on at about 15 mph the garage had the vehicle all day when I went to pick up the car I was told it was caused by a drinks can under the front seat and yes indeed there was a drinks can under the front seat but I had been the only person to sit in the car and I don’t eat or drink in my car .I took the car out of the garage drove for 100 yards the rattle was still there ? I can only assume the can had been placed there by the staff as an excuse so as not to fix it..Took the car back another day this time the quick fix was a massive dollop of grease in the rear seat locking system this ran into the rear carpet and on the interior trim.I could go on about the rattle but just enough to say it’s been in a total of 4times and is still not repaired as I am writing this the car will have been in the garage for 5days argh.Whilst this repair was being done the reversing camera went off then all the radio etc my vehicle has been into the garage 3 times and is still not repaired.I love my Mercedes but the garage seem to be incapable of even the easiest of repairs.Just thought I would add that I was in the motor trade for 25 years and I would like to think I know a little bit of what I am talking about so god help you guys who are just normal customers .
This dealership don't appear to ever want to sell new cars for some reason. The service is appauling, they don't seem as if they can be bothered. Failed twice to arrange a test drive for us to buy a new A class so certainly will not be handing over £30k of my hard earned cash. Save yourself the grief and go through CarWow.
Paid a deposit on a Merc SLK travelled 60 mile in red hot weather to view the car only to find it was not there and asked to drive a different one. I said no, 2 hours later they managed to get the car to the garage, no drink no apology no nothing. Jody the Sales Manager very unprofessional and quite aggresive. After hanging around I did eventually get to test drive and came away to think about it, since then I have left 12 messages for her to call and sent 6 email it now almost 2 weeks since deposit was paid I was buying the car but had a few queries to resolved so on the 11th day I have asked for the deposit to be refunded shocking service is all I can say lost a 17k sale

Totally agree with your review,. Despite numerous requests, Jodie also ignored my calls. I have never met so many unprofessional people under one roof. I & many of my friends who also have mercedes cars will be going everywhere in the future.
The only car dealership i have ever been to that completely refuse to drop the asking price. Even tried to add an extra £99 "admin fee". I was a cash buyer so didnt need finance, which i always believed admin fees were paid for. No one pays sticker price, there has to be some room for negotiation. I have since been back on the website and they have inexplicably RAISED the price by anoher £500. Terrible sales process

No other way to say this apart from, buying from this dealership has been the worst experience of my life. I have finally been able to break free after rejecting my faulty vehicle under the consumer rights act. Constant lies, failure to deliver and false promises. Car was 3 weeks late and arrived faulty in feb 2019 (it was brand new). In service 6 times / 11 days over 10 months with no fix, offered a replacement that was 2 years older, 20,000 more miles and would’ve cost me over £5000 more. But was told it was a ‘great deal.’ They also seem to implement a bribery system where they give you free stuff in exchange for good feedback.... but oh wait they don’t actually give you anything that is promised. (I was offered alloy cover that never got given). The feedback pays their bonuses apparently. I made 56 phone calls to the dealership equating to 3 hours on the phone trying to make contact. Attempts were also made to contact Stratstone customer service which was also met with rude staff and incompetence. I had a faulty car which didn’t seem to warrant proper inspection or fix - aside from software updates. Even once the head office agreed the rejection, I was told I needed to return a good will gesture payment I received for the poor service, because I was returning the car. I was also told I’d get a great deal on a new car for the inconvenience - fast forward to me receiving an email for a £33k brand new car... which again was ‘an amazing offer’. This was nearly double the budget I told them. This dealership will seek to be the best in the world until they have your money. Once the ££ in the bank they will not pay you an ounce of respect or resolve issues. Phone doesn’t get answered, get patronised and fobbed off and your intelligence insulted. Staff lie to you, and those who do seem decent tell you it’s a terribly run dealership. The car that Mercedes accepted as faulty is back on the forecourt ready for the next customer to make a mistake, LR19HRO, FYI. This dealership will take your money for a defective product then refuse to acknowledge you thereafter. Please please PLEASE avoid for the sake of your stress levels, mental and physical health, your time and money.
