Came in to look at a B-Class for my mum on the Motability scheme. Met by a really helpful salesperson called Adam who showed us the different specifications and colours you could get. Didn't buy on the day but he made us feel very valued as customers. Would recommend to anyone including family and friends

My car was in for service and i decided to look at a few cars around the showroom. I was approached by a lovely sales person called Lily who showed me a couple cars and we had a nice chat about them. I will be coming back in to purchase at the end of the year when my contract runs out.

Came in to look at getting a C-Class and spoke to Aidan. Very helpful when it came to explaining all the cars features and different engine sizes. Would recommend anyone interested in buying a Mercedes to visit this dealership.

I purchased an A-Class from Jake and the service was great right the way through. Very helpful from the initial test drive to the collection of my new car. Also a big thank you to Kelvin who did the handover on the day of may collection. Would recommend to anyone buying a Mercedes Benz.

Quite humorous really that the dealer’s website boasts about great service. My vehicle arrived faulty and after 4 trips into servicing, it is still not right. Oh and it’s only 5 months old. Any attempt at customer service is blagged in exchange for a good review... to get their bonus. Still awaiting for my complaint to be dealt with and an actual resolution to the problem rather than just ‘we will do an update.’ Avoid Mercedes of Wakefield at all costs, go to Leeds or another one which MIGHT be better
just had C-Class Mercedes serviced at Mercedes Wakefield and what a load of rubbish went in everything working came out with the rear lights not working anymore they tell me I need new ones because they were corroded they were working fine when I went in not working when I came out and did not tell me that was not working and let me drive on the highway with no rear lights on a Mercedes you are crap I would never use your dealership ever again

Dont think that because you are buying a 3 pointed star from a main dealership that you will be treated with respect. My experience at Stratstone Mercedes in Wakefield today was disgraceful. I don't expect anyone from Mercedes to contact me because I dont think they care. My experience is pretty poor. The salesman are no different to any other. They are equally as likely to spout any stories that suit them. I no longer have any respect whatsoever for any of them. I could write a book on their antics. They're 100% worse than estate agents.
