I bought a bmw 1 series and took it home and the next day the engine blue up and they said because it was on finance they would take three weeks to fixed it so waited three weeks and then to find out they sent it to bmw and then pulled it from bmw because it was going to cost to much so they then sent it to another garage and replaced the parts with Paton parts because they where cheaper, if you spend all that money you want it to be right if you have saved the deposit for the car of your dreams

I recently purchased a jaguar XF from Stratus Car Sales Hook (13/02/24). I had several telephone discussions with Ross about the Jaguar XF he was selling and finally we made the decision over the phone to purchase the Jaguar and agreed a price based on some service work I wanted completed prior to me travelling to Hook to buy the said car. Bearing in mind I live in Cardiff and whilst I looked at several other vehicles on a local level I couldn’t find a price match and quality that Stratus Car Sales was offering. Hence the decision was made to do the round trip (230 Miles) to purchase the vehicle in question. On arrival the Jaguar was very well presented and Ross provided an excellent customer service and everything was as he promised and as agreed over the phone. I cannot praise Stratus Car Sales enough and would definitely, endorse them, if I am prepared to travel from Cardiff to Hook that must say it all. We bought a car from Stratus last June. We have had nothing but issues from the second we drove it away. This has included leaking fluid under the drivers seat. We had to go through AA and took It back. They have clearly dried the carpet but haven't fixed the problem. They are also aware we have a newborn baby and are having to use this faulty car to drive around. Well it's been a couple of months and the same issue has come back. They are very untrustworthy. I am so upset they've let us drive around in a dangerous car with a young baby

After sales is disgusting, not helpful and do not help if you have warranty claim. Will never deal with them again and I will recommend not to use them
