Picked my new Audi up at the weekend and I couldn't be more happy with the car and service I received! They worked very quickly with the finance company, and no pressure to use their own preferred finance company! The car was immaculately clean! Frank was very helpful from the onset and kept me fully informed as to what was happening every step of the way! Thank you for making the purchase easy and stress free!
Very standard transaction, no problems but no real customer service either, just pick the car take the keys and off you go. The car hadn't been cleaned when I picked it up which was disappointing.

On the day I dealt with Frank who couldn't of been more helpful. I definitely would recommend this dealership to anybody else looking because they genuinely seem to care about customer rather than the bottom line like a lot of other places. I'll be going back again for my next car for sure.

Overall I found my experience with stratus to be of excellent quality. They are a very trustworthy and reliable dealership. Services and MOTs always done thoroughly and transparently. We were sold a car by Frank who was very polite and helpful in getting us the best dealer. Would recommend this garage without hesitation.
JUST BOUGHT A KIA SORENTO FROM SALESMAN FRANK AT STRATUS CAR SALES AND HAVE TO SAY I THOUGHT HE WAS EXTREMELY POLITE AND MADE US FEEL VERY WELCOME AND GAVE ME THE CONFIDENCE TO GO AHEAD WITH MY PURCHASE .THE CAR DROVE BACK TO SOUTH WALES WHERE IT WAS ORIGANALY PURCHASED NEW.ABSOLUTELY FAB EVEN MY WIFE WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE WAY THE CAR DROVE WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS TO ANYONE . Just problems over problems with the car and dealer just a very rude dealer I had to phone up multiple times a day for two weeks to get a simple problem solved and all you get is 3 months warranty just so unhappy

I bought a car from Stratus 6 month ago, very happy with it, we now use them for servicing the whole family's cars.
I have recently purchased a car from Stratus Cars and found the whole experience to be very pleasant, i did however have a problem with my window 2 month after purchasing the car, i phoned Stratus service department and they booked my car in and fixed it the same day free of charge all covered under the warranty. Very happy with the whole buying experience would go back.
