Overall I found my experience with stratus to be of excellent quality. They are a very trustworthy and reliable dealership. Services and MOTs always done thoroughly and transparently. We were sold a car by Frank who was very polite and helpful in getting us the best dealer. Would recommend this garage without hesitation.

JUST BOUGHT A KIA SORENTO FROM SALESMAN FRANK AT STRATUS CAR SALES AND HAVE TO SAY I THOUGHT HE WAS EXTREMELY POLITE AND MADE US FEEL VERY WELCOME AND GAVE ME THE CONFIDENCE TO GO AHEAD WITH MY PURCHASE .THE CAR DROVE BACK TO SOUTH WALES WHERE IT WAS ORIGANALY PURCHASED NEW.ABSOLUTELY FAB EVEN MY WIFE WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE WAY THE CAR DROVE WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS TO ANYONE . I bought a car from Stratus 6 month ago, very happy with it, we now use them for servicing the whole family's cars.

I have recently purchased a car from Stratus Cars and found the whole experience to be very pleasant, i did however have a problem with my window 2 month after purchasing the car, i phoned Stratus service department and they booked my car in and fixed it the same day free of charge all covered under the warranty. Very happy with the whole buying experience would go back.

With out doubt the worst car buying experience I have had, car had multiple problems from day one, in two months of ownership the car has been off the road a total of 9 days with no replacement or courtesy car offered. The servicing department couldn't be faulted they were helpful and fixed the mechanical issues, have now discovered the car has had some major extremely shoddy body work done, took the car back for a third time this time to reject the vehicle for them to say they won't even give me a partial refund and the best thing for me to do was sell the car on privately! Avoid this dealer at all costs, terrible attitude.
