VIOLENT AND RUDE. Sturdleys Motorcycles offered to buy my bike for a set price and said that the offer was valid for 30 days. When I called back after the weekend I was told that Jon didn't make any such offer and that they wanted to slash 13% off the original offer made by Jon Sturdey days before. I was unable to speak to Jon because apparently he was out on errands. As I was getting nowhere I decided to go to the garage and try to speak with Jon who had made the offer originally. I confronted Jon and asked him if he had made the 30 day offer at the price we agreed and he completely lied to me in front of his dad saying that he never made any such offer. I told him he was a liar to his face and as I was leaving the building I was assaulted and forced towards the door which was completely uncalled for. Avoid this awful family run little garage. The way they do business I would say that they are not going to remain in business too much longer. This was such a bad experience and it just shows how these people treat returning customers. Utterly appalling behaviour from supposed grown business men. Give your money to a group of people more deserving and in the process avoid the potential for disappointment and even assault. Avoid Sturdeys Motorcycles Ltd at all costs

Thank you for taking time to write this review Keith. As you know, We had to phone the police as you and your wife's abusive and violent behaviour in our shop will not be tolerated. You seem to have forgotten pushing a 71 year old man in your rage and screaming you were going to kill one of us in front of many witnesses. After 43 years in this business we have not had a member of the public act in this way before. The police have been back in contact and have informed us you are not to step foot on our premises and to contact them if you make further contact. I will pass on your review for their records. Sturdeys Motorcycles are not professional at all. I called to arrange a test ride and agreed to make full payment via debit card before. He then said where do you live? When he found out I was in Luton he said no I'm getting a bad vibe about it and he has changed his mind, I said what just vecsbec I live in Luton and he said yes I don't want to do it any more. I told him he had lost out on a £3500 sale and he said ok. Be careful when dealing with these guys, I wonder what other chauvinistic views they have....

I didn't deal with the dealership face to face but they delivered my bike on time and the delivery driver was a very nice man. The bike is great, It's been a few month and there isn't a single thing wrong with it.
