Just bought a new (used) car from Sturgess. Their service is absolutely fantastic. Tariq dealt with me throughout my purchase. Unlike most salespersons, he was neither pushy nor rude: he did not try to sell me anything I didn't want. Departing with that amount of money is never easy - but Tariq ensured respect, comfort, patience, and trust. In my opinion Sturgess of Leicester on Aylestone Road is only interested in a sale sadly not to the benefit of the customer. Customer service does not list in their dictionary. The sales person you deal with will also be taking/making deals for their side lines. Don't consider their service plan which should be renamed 'lack of service plan' and never consider dealing with Nigel! I would rather travel to the country of origin for the vehicle I required than purchase one of their listed franchises. That said they may pull their socks up, tuck their string vests into their Y fronts and start behaving like a professional retailer to ALL their customers and not just their selected favourites.
