I bought a 2010 Corsa and have had to scrap after a year. Put it in for first MOT since purchase and it came back with 9 major faults and 7 advisories. Leads me to believe that the MOT done at purchase (part of the sale) was not genuine as it only came back with 2 advisories. I would not recommend this place, you will most likely be scammed.

WHO ARE YOU ANONYMOUS? ARE YOU A COMPETITOR OR JUST BORED?
We purchased a used vehicle from this garage about 2 years ago At the time of purchase we were more than satisfied with the high level service and efficiency of the staff and the quality of the used car. I was expecting to have problems with the vehicle in relation to age and mileage, so far so good nothing other than minor maintenance to worry about. If you are looking for an affordable used car I would certainly consider this outlet.

Bought a Zafira on finance £3 500 was the sales price. Everything is going wrong with it. I was told they would sort it. Rear window broken since purchase in August, never fixed. Power steering gone, (just topped the fluid up),totally gone. Indicators not working. Had to fit 2 new tyres. Now I have no windscreen washers ,pump/motor gone. Trading standards will be getting a call on Monday 19th December ,haven't had it 6 months. Hunk of junk.

Purchased a 2014 ford fiesta which developed problems, brakes scraping, water leaking in boot and engine service light coming on. informed them when i got home and was told to drop car back off, so i did on the monday as i lived 25miles away. Was told problems would be rectified but when i picked car up from a garage around the corner the brakes were still scraping slightly so i stopped at Camerons place and said i wasnt happy as the car still has a problem and i asked for a refund to which he replied 'NO' i wouldnt be getting a refund bearing in mind i only purchased the car 6 days beforehand. i reminded him that the car is under warranty and i have Consumer rights 2015 act, to which he didnt seem bothered. car still has problems with engine service light still keeps on coming on (was told by lads at garage it was brake switch who were supposed to fix it). i have now reported the matter to Trading Standards & also WMS warranty group who he supposedly uses.
I put a deposit on a green Citroen c3 20/06/2021. Was not kept up to date after it was taken to garage to ‘get checked over’. The garage apparently identified two problems with the car one including an oil leak. Was not called as promised by Cameron several times. After being told I would have the car the next day for a week and making arrangements each day the car was eventually ready. Didn’t even make it home before issues began. Oil pressure low and car telling me to stop. Mechanic looked over it after it had overheated it was steaming so bad it looked like smoke. The engine was overheating, problem with oil pump, radiator gloopy and brown and indications the head gasket was on its way out. Was advised car was not safe to drive. I rang the company and was met with complete hostility from the manager Cameron. He was so very rude and not helpful at all to the point I just wanted them to collect the car and refund me. I was told by Cameron I wouldn’t get a refund until he had the car but didn’t know when it would be picked up and suggested I drove the car to him even after I advised that a mechanic had told me under no circumstances drive the vehicle as it was not safe. He was expecting me to drive from Whitley bay to Sunderland to get my refund quicker. Clearly they don’t care about the safety of customers. I made my needs very clear as a full time NHS student that also works I needed a car and they have just messed me about. No apology no empathy. The apprentice showed more empathy and customer service than the so called manager. I asked how to complain about his attitude and told me to write in an email. It was very clear from Cameron’s attitude he knew the car had issues and did not care. He acted like he was doing me a favour giving me my money back. The car was not road worthy. I should have known when he had cars on his forecourt for sale without having put them through any kid of MOT how can you even gauge their worth. They claim to use an independent garage but what kind of garage misses such huge problems. Avoid at all costs.

Went to buy a car got an extensive search and realised that between mot's the car had been clocked so not original miles all 4 tyres and the spare were bald they said if they needed tyres they would be done but it wasn't a case of if, it had been advised on previous mot's and clearly not changed so definitely needed them before anything else, quite happy to take a deposit but no so happy to return the money saying that it wasn't in their bank but it was and wanted to send a cheque, who uses cheques these days. I'd avoid at all costs most of the cars I looked at were a bag of shite, one was full of water under the spare tyre which most people wouldn't look at, be very careful. Left a review on Google 2 star with the truth and they rang us up threatening us because they didn't like the truth. We told them to come see us if they like because why bother phoning if you weren't prepared to act upon it then the spineless moron threatened us with the police. Remember it was you who called us first you clowns
I have now had two cars myself from them and never had cause for concern any issues all be it minor were addressed by a friendly team willing to trust me when others were not.
I bought a £2700 cash car from Cameron. Absolute liar and coward. Head gasket needed done, brakes all round needed replaced. Their "friendly" mechanic is an amateur with a 1 car lockup. I will NEVER buy from these clowns again. The new MoT it came with failed in the morning and yet passed in the afternoon at a different MoT centre but I inherited all the faults it failed for. DODGY. They refuse to fix any faults at all. Full stop. I tried 2 hours after payment was given. Rudely refused. I am not a competitor just a normal working man that has been ripped off. Please don't give them your money.
