SUNDERLAND CAR CENTRE. Had to hit it with a hammer to start it. Took the car to a trusted garage where they told me it would fail the MOT and it was not serviceable. I told the dealer Ethan and he said "Not my problem, it was probably your fault" There was no reverse gear either after only getting to 2,000 RPM, AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless you want to wrap it around a tree :)

Avoid Sunderland Car Centre ltd they sell unsafe cars that would fail an mot. Then they blame you for the fault saying it happened on your way home. Had the car less than 24hrs brake fuild leaking out and only drove about 10 miles but apparently happened on my way home. They say all cars are checked before being sold find this difficult to believe.

Yes, I bought a car a couple of months ago, since then I've had to have all the brakes renewed, ,a new clutch fitted £500 and the garage told me there's a small hole in the exhaust that will need attention, thanks a bundle, I'll never buy from you again and I intend tell everyone of my experience dealing with Sunderland Car Centre.

Bought a cheap Clio from Sunderland Car Centre because I was in a hurry, I haggled it down & thought I had gotton a good deal. I lost all the money I thought I'd saved as soon as I gave it a closer inspection. It had two bald tires on the driver side, the front brakes were warped pretty badly & all this after they MOT'd it. Since it passed with no advisories I didn't think to scrutinise it too much. Also paid them to fill up the a/c, I doubt they did that since when I got it checked by a specialist there were 3 holes in the condenser. Just don't bother, they are disshonest. On the plus side they were very friendly... but I'd rather have rude sales people who sell a better car.

Bought car from here got home the headgasket was leakin..took it back to be fixed..they kept my car for a week..was told headgasket was fixed..two week later my local garage told me the headgasket is leaking!!

Avoid Sunderland Car Centre like the plague. Unhelpful. Will sell you faulty un road worthy cars. Will not fix them. Car sales men are aggressive and rude. Please please avoid!!!! I had a list long full of problems with my car totally unsafe to drive.
