A great buying process from start to finish.keith is An honest genuine man and made a traumatic buying experience easy and enjoyable, I would recommend SMC to anyone for honest value for money motors with a superb buying experience.
I bought my Golf from SMC 2.5 years and 100,000 miles ago. The car has been completely reliable, excellent value for money and was very well priced vs similar examples elsewhere. SMC picked me up from Newcastle train station and were extremely helpful throughout the purchase (additional photo's supplied etc as I was buying without having viewed the vehicle).
I highly recommend Sunniside Motor Co, they have good cars on their forecourt and I've had no worries with my BMW so far. The service was excellent all round.

Car was presented well. Car buying experience was very good with a helpful and friendly sales staff. For one issue I encountered afterwards however I found the service staff at SMC to be less helpful and friendly and I found I had to fight my case. The one issue I had with the car after sales was finally dealt with well and to my entire satisfaction. Based on the whole experience I would be happy to recommend this garage and will consider this garage for my next vehicle.
