Do not buy off these, bought a bike but on known it had a milage descrepancy, fair enough they sorted it out for me,now it's came to light there is another one which they refuse to acknowledge stating the exact words' milage descrepancy ' which has been sorted but was actually'milage desrepancy's' big difference which is more than one, they playing on this wording, also have voice recording stating about only 1 milage descrepancy,,ie 1st set of missing miles only, not the two, Do not buy off these as you'll get nothing but trouble, check their reviews and make your own mind up. Going through legal advice ,will cost them more in the long run.

Not a good experience, Bought bikes from them, at top end cost, Sold at bottom, Then I'm not sure if the accountant can count but 5 days after selling a £6k bike to them, the money is nowhere to be seen, Even though mine is on display, for £7k on their website, Come on guys , Pay me my money??
I ordered a brand new bike on the 24th June and paid in full for it very shortly afterwards. Soon afterwards I was then able to "track" progress of the order through the SBF portal. After more than a week of the status showing as "your motorbike is currently being assessed by a specialist technician" I started to wonder how long this process should take and how much longer it would be before the bike would be delivered. To try and get answers to this I tried using the chat bot facility - that proved largely fruitless with answers that didn't actually answer the questions asked. I then tried calling - and got through to a rep, who after a bit of digging came back and told me that he could see no reason for a delay but that he couldn't see within the system what was causing that delay. However he did tell me that he'd follow this up with a manager and ask them to get in touch with me the next morning to explain the situation. I wasn't contacted by a manager (or at least not by anyone who identified themselves as a manager). However, after trying the chat bot facility again I was told: "Hi Jonathan, It is just waiting to be road tested, Hopefully that will be done today. Thanks". To which I replied: "How soon after that for delivery?" Which was answered with: "Hi, our delivery time frame is 7 Working days from when the bike leaves us. Thanks". As that hadn't actually answered the question, I then tried to get a clearer answer with another question, which went unanswered for the best part of a full day. At which point I changed my tack and asked what I'd need to do to cancel the order given that the order had not been fulfilled and that I wasn't getting straight answers. That at least resulted in a Sales Manager writing an email to me that confessed that the bike had been shipped out to another customer a week previously and he presented me with two options: 1/ Take the original bike at a discount due to it now being second hand and with a few miles on the clock. 2/ Take an alternative new bike of a different colour. I replied back with two options of my own: 1/ Deliver either of those bikes to me by this weekend (it was Thursday evening when I replied). 2/ If that wasn't feasible then refund me in full. I expected a reply back fairly promptly on Friday morning but having heard nothing by 10:30-ish I then called SBF again. The rep I spoke to tried to get hold of the Sales Manager in question but found out that they weren't in the office that day. However they were able to redirect me to an alternative manager who was then able to cancel the order and apologise for the mistakes. Now, and just to be very clear about this, because I understand that a title that asserts that I experienced lies and deceit might be challenged: I think that is substantiated by the quotes above which I've copied verbatim from the chat facility (and have screen shots of in case they're required as evidence of these allegations). But just in case that is not 100% clear for anyone thinking of challenging this assertion: The email from the Sales Manager is very clear in stating that the bike was delivered to another customer in the previous week by mistake. I believe that to be true. But accepting that to be true then makes the response that I received the previous day that the bike only needed to be road tested and with the "hope" that will be done today was unambiguously a lie, intended - presumably - to buy some time. It was a lie and it was deceitful. All that said, I'd guess that the kinds of mistakes that were made with my order will be quite rare and therefore I'd also assume that the majority of customers are happy to get the bike that they ordered in good time. If I'd experienced that then I'd obviously rate SBF very differently myself. Of course, it's also clear that mistakes can and do happen - we've probably all made them. But what I find completely unacceptable is the lies and the deceit - I only hope that SBF take this review constructively and look to their processes, practices and company culture to ensure that mistakes are owned up to in a professional and accountable way.

I expressed interest in a 2013 Aprilia Caponord, supposedly at the Macclesfield site, and was informed it was now located in Milton Keynes. I went through the electronic pack that James in Macclesfield sent me, and foolishly purchased the bike over the phone in good faith. I live in Hereford so travelled on the train to Milton Keynes 2 weeks later. I had already insured the bike, and I taxed it electronically once I’d I looked it over. It was a nice bike and exactly what I wanted. I then finished the paperwork and received the keys. I set off on my journey home, and within 100metres I had a RED warning light on the dash. I immediately returned to site, less than 4 minutes after leaving, and showed the tech the issue. The tech was unable to rectify, or even accurately identify the issue and, after an hour or so, informed me that he was going to send the vehicle away to Donnington to be assessed. Naturally, this was not my expectation, so I informed SUPERBIKE FACTORY that I required a refund, as I am entitled to under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I was informed I will only receive my funds back after: 1) The bike has been transferred to Donnington (… “sometime during the week”) and 2) The Donnington inspection has verified that there is an issue and 3) SUPERBIKE FACTORY financial procedures have been followed, to issue a refund 3 to 5 days after the assessment. (Irrespective of whether there is an issue, I am still entitled to my funds back under the Consumer Rights Act) As SUPERBIKE FACTORY are unable to decide at what point they transfer the bike to Donnington, I am expected to place my search for a bike on hold until they see fit to progress it. THIS COULD SO EASILY BE YOU IF YOU BUY FROM SUPERBIKE FACTORY

I don't normally leave bad reviews for things, but I am super compelled to leave one for Superbike Factory. I bought a 2022 Honda CB125R from them in April 2023. A brand-new bike with only 1 owner and 113 miles on the clock. The bike was in immaculate condition and I have always maintained that on this bike. I recently decided to upgrade to a Honda Rebel CMX500, so I looked on their website and saw one. When viewing it in person, it had a big dent in the tank and a few other scuffs that were a deal breaker for me, something which they failed to highlight on the website. The salesman said that 'he was glad I spotted that as they hadn't spotted it before now'. So, when I asked if they would lower the price of the bike for this, the salesman said 'No, that's the price of the bike' My thoughts were, 'You're selling a bike for a price with a dent and scuffs that you previously didn't notice and you're not willing to drop the price by a margin because of this? Now, aside from that, I decided to sell my CB125R which is in near-perfect condition and hesitantly accepted their £3000 offer over the phone. After going through a wealth of questions about the bike and its condition, I arranged a collection for this Friday. I then got a call back shortly after from a girl called Sarah who told me that the value of the bike had SUDDENLY decreased and that the value of bikes fluctuates all the time on the current market. She then offered me a value of £2700 which I adamantly and distastefully refused. I've had my bike up for sale for £3800 on AutoTrader and I think it's worth the asking price. I am a little bit shocked at how they attempt to lowball you after confirming over the phone a price of sale, only to then come back and offer you way less than the actual book value of the bike. They'll be making a markup price of £1000 when they sell it and charge the customer an admin fee on top of that when they buy it. It's shoddy customer service and unfortunately, I won't deal with these cowboys again. When an honest guy who simply wants to sell his bike that's in pristine showroom condition for a fair price is lowballed by a company that you think actually cares, it makes my blood boil at the absolute cheek of them. They also said they would charge me £250 for delivery of the bike if I bought one as part ex. I live 20 minutes away from the place and they want to charge that price for delivery. Scandalous company and they should be ashamed of their morals and ethics when it comes to doing business. Avoid them at all costs I say.
They will waste your time. Accept and give you a value and a date. Then no contact. Upon contacting them find out no one was ever coming and they have refused to buy. No notification so a day wasted waiting for them to visit. Avoid them and webuyanybike. Reviews of seeling bikes look poor too.
DO NOT buy a bike from these cowboys they are dangerous and unroad worthy if u think it is a fake mot contact dvsa immediately after 2 months and 4 attempts of fixing my bike the clutch cable was still wrapped around the handle bars this is a 1 because u cannot have a zero

1. They charge a £200 admin fee to sell you a bike. This is not to set up finance as the website leads you to believe. It applies for cash purchases too. So not that cheap when you add 200 to the listed price. 2. My bike had drop damage to the side stand and switch that I only discovered after scraping the thick layer of chain gunge off it. I raised it, they sent a rusty old stand assembly from a scrap bike. When I queried the action, I got a text stating that they were coming to collect my bike (fully paid for by cash purchase). I have repaired it and other damage myself. 3. The official complaints procedure cannot be found on the website or through their chat service. I am not willing to expend any more time acquiring the details, so I'll use this platform. 4. When they call you, they ask for personal data for security reasons. No thanks, you rang me, what about MY security? Could be a phishing attempt.

The online price offer is a scam. They can't be trusted. Details of my experience: I was offered £2,100 online price and I had a call to discuss everything in detail. Once they arrived they offered £1,850 claiming that they needed to do service on the bike and it had tiny scratches here and there. I personally haven't seen a used motorbike without any scratches. My motorbike is in mint condition, has super low mileage and it was always garaged. Superbikefactory lies about the offered price and I would avoid them.
