1. They charge a £200 admin fee to sell you a bike. This is not to set up finance as the website leads you to believe. It applies for cash purchases too. So not that cheap when you add 200 to the listed price. 2. My bike had drop damage to the side stand and switch that I only discovered after scraping the thick layer of chain gunge off it. I raised it, they sent a rusty old stand assembly from a scrap bike. When I queried the action, I got a text stating that they were coming to collect my bike (fully paid for by cash purchase). I have repaired it and other damage myself. 3. The official complaints procedure cannot be found on the website or through their chat service. I am not willing to expend any more time acquiring the details, so I'll use this platform. 4. When they call you, they ask for personal data for security reasons. No thanks, you rang me, what about MY security? Could be a phishing attempt.

Bought an R1 a few months ago, and received the bike on time. Started it up and when it got to temperature it had a water leak in two places. Fixed that and then took it for a small ride and it kept stalling when coming to a junction and at lights etc. Turns out the exups cable was cut so the valve was stuck open. After fixing that I noticed it was rattling and vibrating A LOT. Turns out the tank was missing two bolts and was resting on the frame. They say they do a full inspection of the bike, they obviously didn't on this one. Very disappointed and lost the love of the bike. EDIT: They got in contact and after a little back and forth offered me a £200 refund. I accepted and now I have heard nothing for a week and no response to my 3 emails.

Do not buy from here !!!!! Do not buy from here !!!!!! I bought from here the bike arrived supposedly with paint and protect wich i paid £ 250 for, absolutely thilthy spiderwebs and all , it certainly never had paint and protect , underside of bike paint covering all the underside had eroded and rust was covering ( No pics on website of this , I asked for bike to be returned and was given a week for collection , bike was collected and then 7 weeks of ignoring my emails and telephone calls before I got my money refunded , head of customer relations and girl named Sarah had assured me from the very start that I would be taken care off she then went on to ignore me ! 8 weeks my money was out my account and because I refused to pay close brothers the finance I now have 2 missed payments on my credit score for a bike I never even had ! SUPERBIKE THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE !!! . I am in touch with ombudsman as superbike wont return emails or calls regarding fees i occurred due to them holding me £2500 deposit . If you want a Company with after sales help this is not the place , I am still awaiting a reply to my claim . Not a peep

purchased a motorcycle from then online (first mistake) looked lovely was delivered by a cracking helpful man, BIKE WAS RUNNING LOVELY AND I WAS HAPPY, One day it just would not start, everything was lit up but the engine just did nothing. called out the mechanic from my insurance, he was a truck mechanic and had no experience or idea what to do. Put the bike on his truck and he took it back to SBF. The bike was with them for weeks ,they then returned the bike saying it's good and fixed, Yay. days later same problem, bike goes back to SBF, in the 7 months that i owned the bike it was back at SBF for 5 months. The bike was returned to me fixed 4 times, The very next day the bike had the same problem. I'm done i want a refund this is not a bike its a nice looking statue of a bike. Had an oxford tool kit under the seat that went missing also, they didn't refund that they just ignored it. i had spent nearly £1000 pound on it, a jell seat for super comfort . And a full top of the range alarm and immobiliser and professional tracking system monitored all the time. That was not refunded either. eventually got a refund and was gutted a lovely bike, thanks for your time and i advise if you do go there take someone who knows bikes and let them have a good sniff on the bike you want.

I put a deposit on a bike and was told it was ready but the bike straight from scrap yard, on closer inspection most of the bikes on display had a questionable past, rogue traders, avoid at all costs, you have been warned!
