I worked there at management level and their standards and work practices are bordering on criminal. Someone will be killed on one of their bikes if these practices continue. Please don't be that person and buy a bike from somewhere that actually services their bikes and who puts them through a thorough check process. 2 x 60 point checks does not constitute a 120 point check if the checks are the same but done twice. The collection drivers determine if the bike is 'ready to ride' without a technician looking at it. BE WARNED
Ashley Fabian in response to Please don't do it.
I have an issue at the moment with a bike that has failed its first MOT since i had it due to warped disks and deformed bars. Would be very interested to hear more as this will be taken to court. Many thanks Ashley @ fabianfamily.co.uk

Bought a motorcycle off these people, paid nearly £8000 for it , the tyres they put on it were shocking, uneven wear , front tyre 1.3 ml tread , rear 1.5 ml , miss matched tyres , flat rear tyre and won’t change them

Initial part exchange communications were great. Traded my 2021 Honda rebel 1100 for a gsx1250 2015 in order to free up a bit of much needed cash. On the day of the swap I was presented with a bike (3 hours later than arranged) with not one single piece of documentation therefore I couldn't tax it. I use my motorcycle for work all year round and was due to leave for a night shift on the new bike. After lots of frantic phone calls I was passed a reference number that I could use to tax it. The bike also had a flashing red FI which at the time I stupidly mistook for a fuel warning light as the bike was empty. Filled the bike up on the way to work, warning light still on. Googled and found that FI was fault indicator warning light. .. So to recap... Bike delivered really late. Not one piece of paperwork with the bike. Warning RED F I light on dash, and to top it off the heated grips didn't work and both tyres under inflated. Contacted superbike factory via email straight away as it was later in the evening now. 2 options were given to me the next day.... Fix it yourself and we'll pay as long as its not too much but we want quotes first. They will fix it but it will be gone for weeks. I explained that I need my bike for work each day and none of those are an option. So I asked for my bike back and I would look for another bike. I also said I was on annual leave for the next week and that should be plenty of time to swap the bikes back over. I was then told that I couldn't have my bike back at the same time the broken one is collected as this isn't their procedure. The faulty bike would need to be checked over and assessed before mine could be released. Again I thought, not a problem as I'm off for a week. The faulty bike was picked up leaving 4 days to get my bike back for work. Over the next 4 days lots of emails were sent by myself, none of which were answered, I left messages to ring me back when the phones weren't being picked up. The only way I could actually speak to someone was to try and enquire online via ebay to actually try and buy my Honda Rebel back which was currently still up for sale on their website and Ebay. Needless to say, 5 minutes after enquiring I get a phonecall from the sales department who, after I explained I was trying to buy my own bike back, passed me to the correct department. Even after talking to the right department I still am in no better a situation. Hundreds down from, tax, insurance and deposit. Still haven't got my bike back and no way of getting to work.. and to top it off, my bike is still for sale on both sites. Fuming is an understatement right now... PART 2 Unbelievably bad. After my last review, surprise surprise someone rang me to discuss the problem. A very nice lady said she had sorted everything out and that I would finally get my bike back (please read last review for details) I was told my bike was due for delivery yesterday (monday) Took a day off work to receive it. Nothing turns up. 3 emails, 4 phone calls later I speak to a manager of some sort. He looked into the case and promised a phonecal the next day between 12 and 1pm. The solution being, either get my bike back within 24 hours or give me more money and they can keep it. Needless to say no phoncall to me. Another 3 emails and at 17.30 ish tonight I get a reply back saying my bike is now coming back on Friday 4th... We shall wait and see. I have never been subjected to such bad customer service ever, as I have over the last 3 weeks. All I want is my bike back

Had my bike for sale on eBay and they approached me with an offer which I accepted! Firstly, they went to the wrong address, but when they eventually turned up they offered me £500 less!! I obviously declined. Completely wasted my time with a half hearted phone call apology. I lost money due to taking time of work and will have to pay for another listing on eBay! They wouldn’t even reimburse the eBay fee! I would avoid and I definitely won’t be buying anything from these guys!! Unprofessional!

Paid nearly £4000 for a bike. Defects on bike not shown in photos and videos; rusty pegs, exhaust manifold, forks etc, and rear wheel paint job flaking. Failed first MOT for fork seals. Unnaceptable. Tried to contact dealer and they don't want to hear it. Ignoring my calls and emails. Awful business. Avoid like the plague.

Well, tried to do business with them but it’s an absolute farce. Inquired about a specific bike and wanted to part ex mine time and time again tried but all I got back was a the same reply ‘we’ve valued your bike so log on to get it’ went through all that and sent pictures but nothing after. Tried to call, but in a Q for ages. Tried there on line assistant box that pops up, but time after time, after I get the Hello, my names Louise, how can I help you? I ask my question then it says ‘hold on I’ll check’ then the timer comes up immediately 15..14…13….1, ‘you’ve been disconnected. Try again when the next box appears, Hello my names Jenny, hoe can I help you (8 times I’ve done this) . So do yourself a favour and save your evenings looking at either private ads or proper dealers and not these ridiculous time wasters.
Avoid this Unscrupulous, Deceitful & Dishonest business and buy somewhere else. After seeing a 2019 Kawasaki Z125 bike advertised on Autotrader with 400 miles recorded, I made an enquiry and placed a Deposit of £500 plus an additional £99 Admin fee not listed anywhere on Autotrader advert. Later told Admin Fee details were stated on their website, still couldn`t find it.I was advised it was ready to collect but then told I couldn`t that day, all appointments had been taken, so arranged to collect the following day. I was informed I would need to clear the balance via Bank Transfer before collecting, I Declined and stated I was paying by Credit Card in person once I`d seen the bike.Never pay by Bank Transfer, always by Credit Card, you are entitled to far more help should you require it.Travelled from Knowsley to Macclesfield, an hours journey, On arrival we rang the doorbell and waited for a very long time outside before the bike was presented to us with engine running.Due to Covid-19 restrictions Nobody allowed in store.Little did I know that it had a faulty battery, and that was why it had taken so long to bring out as they were jumpstarting it.What a Despicable, Dishonest, Deceitful way to do business! Ironic really as when asking about why they charge a £99 Admin Fee?, the reply was " We are not a back street garage anymore, the £99 fee is to prepare the vehicle for collection" Clearly this wasn`t the case in this instance. After inspecting the bike without a permitted Test ride, I paid the remaining £2500 balance, quick ride around the car park, loaded and drove home. At no point whatsoever was I ever told about the faulty battery, and only discovered the following day after it wouldn`t start. After several phone calls, emails etc over a week out of a 4 week warranty without use, I had to fit a replacement battery myself, they sent the wrong one at first and then corrected the issue after I sent a photo of the original battery. not something you would expect to need to do, after all they are a Motorcycle dealers. I received a £50 store voucher that I had to chase, placed the order and the had to chase that up too. eventually the order arrived. I don`t feel grateful for the voucher as the experience took up a fair bit of time and I`d pad a £99 fee anyway. This was only a temporary bike and will be upgrading very soon, I will not be returning to trade in or purchase again. I will make sure I inform as many people as possible about this experience and the way you treat customers, so they don`t have the same experience. The only person I would Credit would be Amy as she was responsible for dealing with these after sales issues, and eventually corrected the matter. Buyer Beware.

Super Bike Factory did a good job, it was all handled so quickly there wasn't much of a customer experience. They were very efficient I'll give them that, I went in on the Tuesday and picked the bike up on the Thursday.
