Absolute shower, do not believe anything they say!
I bought a car for my son on 5th December 2021, his first car, He was very excited. Had to wait to pick the car up until 15th December to enable the dealership's mechanic to fix a knocking noise on the steering rack. Picked the car up along with a fresh MOT service and three months warrantee. The car broke down on 12th January 2022, would only drive 5mph so it was impossible to take it back to the dealership for repair as we live in Kent and the dealership is in North London. I phoned, explained the situation and got their verbal consent to take the car to my local garage which I did on 14th January 2021. My local garage found:- Broken gear box mount Faulty steering rack and shaft column Two illegal front tyres These faults were put right by my local garage which cost me 1039.20 . Faults which should have been put right during a MOT, ???? I have phoned and written to claim my money back from the warrantee but have been completely ignored. I was about to issue a county court summons when I read the small print attached to the sales invoice which says :- 'Any faults within the warranty period contact us.' I did this but was never issued a repair request authority number. It continues:- 'Do not proceed with the repair until the request has been authorised by us IN WRITING. I was authorised verbally. I feel this is the 'get out of jail quick' card which would be played in any court proceedings. This makes me wonder if the MOT was genuine in the first place and now if a third party warranty was ever in place considering I was never supplied with the third party warrantee givers name. In summary:- BUYER BEWARE. Go some where else for your vehicles.

Terrible service look elsewhere. Sold a faulty car without informing & returned it within 3 weeks, had to begin a small claims case before they considered paying me took 2 months to refund me full amount with poor communication throughout.

Omg such inexperience and rudeness Omg such inexperience and rudeness. Do not purchase your car from here!!!! Cowboy attitude. I wanted to purchase a 2010 mini. They didn't have any receipt history. And didnt have the original mini logbook. Shami said he doesnt have to keep receipts by law. Really? There is no law here. You have a dodgy car and more dodgy work ethic. Advice:try not to be so rude to customers you are selling to and keep the original logbook and all receipts

AVOID!!! I have no clue how they run their business, purched a overpriced car from them 2 weeks ago I was ok with the price since it had a quite unique engine. I ignored all the small bits like scratches, one key only, moldy interior, shitty tyres etc. EML showed up after just 60 miles(4DAYS), I felt there is a vacuum leak and that this may cause the error so I called them to sort it out. They said no problem we will fix it, giving me the option to go to a local garage(they will pay for repairs but if you check the other reviews, they don't) or to their garage(after I was ignored half a day). I already have an OBD so I had a clue what the problem is but had to confirm with them so I drove 2 hours to their garage just to tell me everything is fine and delete the EML which was a Advanced Timing problem and lied to me is all good, it's just the brake light switch. Happy days, I am not a mechanic so if their guy confirmed is all good I complied. Two Days after same shit, EML on, went to a respectable garage, they used a professional diagnosis tool, same error, Advanced Timing. Called them, took my details and waited for a week, nothing,no calls no emails no nothing. Went to a solicitor to sue them or return the car, the advice was that is really hard to return a faulty car to this sort of cowboys because they might not even be regulated by Trading Standards and most likely you will end up with a faulty car and they will end up with just a fine, consumer rights are hard to be applied, If it's not an expensive car, don't bother. At this point I fixed the car at my local garage since they are not trust worthy. The first thing I asked when I purchased the car was if the oil and filters are changed and told them I don't mind doing it on my expense if they are not. Their answer was yes yes we do this to all our cars well guess what? the oil looked like it has never been changed 🤣 so this caused the Advanced timing problem. Anyways best would be to avoid rather than getting screwed over. Go to a particular, higher chances to get a good car and maybe some decent customer service. What they do most likely is to buy the used cars, put a shady MOT on them and sell them overpriced.

i am taking surrey autos to court ! Would you mind doing a statement if needed! they need to be stopped
Brought a car, and kept waiting for delivery, it arrived at almost 10pm at night in pitch black. When we brought the car it was parked tight against a wall, didn’t see all the scratches down passenger side, and couldn’t see in the dark. Was also sold with a Full service history. We have asked for the hand book and this history many times and been totally ignored. We also got the car inspected 2 days after delivery and there were 2 leaks, which should have been picked up on MOT, the garage said would be £150 to fix. Reported back and they said to much. Can not do why wait, have to leave car with them for 2 days, which is not possible when about an hour away! Have sent countless emails and letters about the handbook, service history as advised, and got a reply back with a copy of a warranty telling us to claim of this. I have been advised to report who done the MOT and service pre delivery (which we paid for) as it should have been spotted and corrected. Genuinely saddened to have to write this, but it’s a sequence of events I feel people should be aware of. Please check the car and all documents before accepting it. My 17 year old had worked very very hard to get this car and its extremely disappointing!

I bought a car with 15 mechanical faults and 12 MOT faults. Sold as a safe car and in excellent condition, the car it's not what I expected. They are not willing to help but actually is the opposite. Please avoid this dealer. There are so many options around much better than them

Bought a car this month and it's excellent. They gave me the exact part exchange rate for mine and the staff were very friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend Surrey Autos.
