A family business that consists of I think almost of over five family members ( including the Mum who seems to potter around with her frenchie making coffees ! ) Not the most oiled machines of all companies, but welcoming, open and honest and a lovely warm feel of no pressure and clearly a selection of lovely high end cars all of which are overseen by their head mechanic Dave in their garage which gave us extra comfort. Car purchased was better than described, though my husband noticed one of the rear tyres had a nail in it which was a bit annoying.. having said that Ollie (the owner) has since paid for two new rear tyres with no arguments or issues what so ever which I know were not cheap ( especially as we bought a 4x4 ) No wonder these guys seemed to be over whelmed with repeat customers.. We'll be back to Sutherland Specialist Cars.

Professional, honest, personal and fair sums up the service I received at Sutherland motors. I dealt with Josh who spent time and energy finding exactly the car and spec I wanted keeping me updated along the way. There was none of the usual sales splurge or pushing towards un-asked for extras just straightforward honest recommendation and advice. After time spent with other dealerships I now realise that selling and buying a car can actually be a pleasure where you don't have to worry about being mislead or ripped off. I was offered an excellent PX price on my car against a simple no pressure sale on one they had in stock. Josh was great to deal with. I had a minor issue with the car but this was sorted out and the fix paid for without any issues. This is how all car dealers should operate.

I bought an Audi from this dealership back in April. The service was reasonably good and the car was clean and in good condition. Only 1 minor problem that the dealership have not resolved yet but other than that they have been good. I would recommend them.
