We’re really pleased with our 3 Series BMW – although I think my husband’s enjoying it even more than I am as he’s driving it most the time! We travelled quite a way to get to Sutherland Automotive and took the train on collection day. Unfortunately the car wasn’t quite ready when we arrived, so there was a bit of a wait. That said, the team were really apologetic and kindly included a warranty to make up for the delay, which we really appreciated. It was well worth the wait to get the car we wanted – thank you again!

I'd been looking on Auto trader for a 1 Series BMW when an advert from Sutherland Automotive caught my eye. I decided to click through into their website & have a look at their stock etc, before reading their reviews online. I noticed they've won awards in the past so I felt like they'd be good to buy from. The service I received from jack and the guys was really good. Everything was super easy and it felt like I was sat with friends discussing buying a car, rather than salesmen trying to sell to me. The whole atmosphere was easygoing and friendly, and I'd definitely recommend them to others.

What can I say...Jack deserves the highest praise possible. I bought an Audi A3 from him last month and he really looked after me, even giving me a full tank of fuel. Sutherland Automotive's an impressive place. They've got some seriously nice cars in stock and the setting out in the countryside just adds to the whole experience. I quite liked the whole vibe. At no point did I feel pressured, and even the owner came over to say hello which you just don’t get in most places anymore. Super happy with the car and my experience is most definitely worthy of five stars.

I recently bought a BMW 1 Series from Sutherland Automotive, and so far, so good! James deserves a rating of five out of five as he made everything very easy and straightforward. The team at the dealership were all nice people who I found to be very approachable.

Credit where credit’s due—this is the best car dealership I’ve ever come across! I’ve bought plenty of cars over the years and have had my fair share of nightmares, but I honestly can’t praise Sutherland Automotive enough. Living over 3.5 hours away, I bought the car blind, which is always a bit of a risk. However James was incredibly helpful—he sent me loads of videos and responded to all my questions almost immediately. He even arranged the collection of my part-exchange, making the whole process even easier. James is an absolute star and genuinely went above and beyond—he definitely deserves a raise! Despite the distance I’m 100% a return customer, which just goes to show how fantastic these guys really are.
