I don't have a bad word to say about anyone or anything at Sutherland Automotive. Everyone I came into contact with were super nice and friendly. I live in Southampton but was really satisfied with how the guys handled my initial enquiry, so committed to making the long journey up to Bristol to see the car. They knew I was travelling a fair distance, so made sure all the bits and bobs were sorted on the Skoda Scala before my arrival. It was almost ready to drive away when I noticed a couple of scratches on the paintwork, but they took the car back in to the bodyshop and retouched them whilst I waited. I honestly can't fault the service I received - They even recommended a lovely pub down the road for lunch and a stunning lake nearby for a scenic test drive. And to top things off, they even gave me a lovely Skoda umbrella as a parting gift!!

Working for a Porsche main dealer, I was especially cautious about ensuring I purchased a high-quality used car. I have to say Sutherland Automotive absolutely delivered. What impressed me most was that I took my BMW 1 Series straight to BMW for a full health check, and it passed with flying colours. To me, that speaks volumes about the quality of vehicles they offer. I wouldn’t hesitate to give Sutherland Automotive a glowing recommendation to anyone in the market for a reliable used car.

Sutherland Automotive are absolutely exceptional. I bought a Volvo XC60 last month and had a few teething problems, but the car was booked in immediately, I was provided with a courtesy car and everything was resolved quickly under warranty, I'd like to say a big thank you to James, Jade & Ben for providing such fabulous service. We've not driven anywhere significant in our new Mercedes GLC yet, but it's a nice bit of kit and we're very pleased. Dan at Sutherland Automotive was a nice guy who kept everything straight forward and pressure free. The dealership was nicely presented and I'd certainly recommend based on our experience.

Top service go beyond to make sure any problem was dealt with to make sure they sold me a trustworthy car. Very impressed with them had a couple of issues happened as things do but Jack was on this straight away sent my car to a specialist at no cost to me and made sure it came back to me with everything sorted.

Sutherland Automotive are 3 hours from where I live, but I'd definitely make the journey to buy from them again in future which is saying something!! James, Jack and Dan have been amazing. They really went the extra mile and even sorted my private plates which was a lovely surprise! Thanks so much.
