I had a perfect experience buying a car. You will be hard-pressed to find a dealer as honest and honourable to his word as Mohammed. He is also attentive to small details and provides excellent customer service.
I was pleasantly surprised to find out that he made sure everything that required extra work on the car was taken care of before handing over the car to me. As I don't know much about cars, I wasn't sure what to look for and would have missed several important things to note when buying a car if he hadn't pointed them out. He is very knowledgeable about cars and even has his own YouTube channel.
I've been driving the car for about 2-3 weeks now and I am very happy with it. You may find it suspicious that he has many 5-star ratings, but that is because he provides excellent service and leaves most of his customers satisfied with their car-buying experience. I would definitely recommend SUTSI Cars to my friends and family.

Some of the convenience of the experience was due to recent innovations in technology which make it quick and easy to complete the purchase: online banking - instant payment, online insurance and tax systems and online change of owner system which all work well on a mobile phone. However, a lot of what made the experience great was due to Mohammed himself. His listing on Autotrader was accurate and honest. The pictures were clear and the video he made showed exactly what the condition of the car was so I had no surprises when I got there to see it in person. He answered the phone when I called and was knowledgeable and honest about the car possibly needing a new battery (which he would replace) and flexible about meeting. He generously offered to collect me from his nearest station in the car. When we did meet he was very honest and knowledgeable about the car and possible future faults, the exact condition of parts like brakes and the cost of replacements and labour. He knew the car inside out and also produced all the documents and extras I was hoping for: service history, 2 keys, jack, locking wheelnut adapter and handbook. Because I’d arranged to see it so quickly he hadn’t had time to replace the battery but offered to do it there and then or take the cost off the price. As I was in a bit of a rush I chose to do it myself in the future and have the money. The transaction part didn’t take long: he sent an invoice, I paid it and he sent a receipt and registered it to me and I taxed it and insured it. As promised he also provided a 6 month warranty for my peace of mind. So far the car still seems exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend Sutsi to anyone!

Wow, this is what all independent traders should be like.
From the first phone call I was very impressed with the professionalism Muhammed had. He gave me a lot of information over the phone and organised a viewing.
