Called to make enquiry regarding vehicle. Tried to make simple enquiry regarding number of keepers. Wouldn't answer question until I detailed if I required finance or part ex. I was undecided on this due to purchasing car as a fun weekend car. To this response they initially hung up on me. On calling back I have never encountered anyone so rude. Absolutely disgusting behaviour for anyone in any form of business. If this is their presales etiquette there is no way on earth I would purchase from them for fear of their post sales etiquette. Disgusting!!!
Rung and booked to buy a car the vehicle was not there, rearranged a date and gave my contact details. they then sold the car behind my back with no contact. She said "well thats the motor trade".

I have had my BMW from Sutton Automotive for a while now and so far I have had no issues with it. It was clean and in good condition when I collected it and the value for money is very good, The dealers were helpful and friendly and I would recommend them.

I purchased a Land Rover from Sutton Motor Company in August. I am very happy with the car, it was defiantly the best of 4 cars we had looked at. The price was excellent and I would be happy to recommend them to my family and friends. So far so good! They even give a 6 months warranty which is a lot better than the other garages I have been to. The only negative I have is they are a little difficult to find as there are in a countryside location.
I bought a Citroen from Sutton Motor Company 6 months ago and I must say its the best car that I've ever owned. I found the garage very presentable and totally professional throughout.
I personally wouldn't recommend Sutton Motor Company, simply because I've had to pay out for an existing fault with the car that my mechanic has told me they should really have noticed before the sale.

Sutton Motor Company Has Quite Simply The Best Quality used cars i have seen. A good Honest approach to everything. you can tell when walking through the door that the cars are hand picked quality used cars. All the cars looked like new, simply amazing quality. I bought a Audi about 3 months ago now, the car was in pristine condition,and has been in perfect condition since, Thank You!!!!
