I don't normally put reviews but I got to this time to save people from same situation I'm in, we bought 2 cars a year ago, same time, a year later on MOT time, both cars failed with loads of issues, so costing us almost £1000 to fix them, thinking when they sold us the car they put faulty MOT's on them, had to take 1 car in after a month to an auto electrician for a horn issue, came to light there wasn't even a fuse fitted in the first place so how could it have passed its original MOT. So if I'm honest,I've just had an expensive lesson from buying from here so save your money and don't buy from here, you'll end up spending more down the line.

Save your money and avoid this place. Quick to take your money but after sales care is non existent. They don't believe in selling road worthy cars. There all faulty and overpriced when you will end up footing the bill of the damages as BIlly boy doesn't give a shit about the so called services he provides. Defo come from scrap yard. Bunch of jumped up little boys here. Not even worth a star!

Beware of these scammers. They are now trading as East Kent Car Sales. Changed their name to avoid a warrant of control from the high court. They sell cars that are not roadworthy and refuse a refund under the consumer rights act.

Bought a car lovely car great service from both salesman and the mechanics warranty was covered too even dropped the car back to my wife whilst was out fishing health with bill was no rushing to buy no silly salesman rubbish just a genuine family man selling nice cars Would highly recommend this car sales site best in kent polite well spoken no one can beat the level of service this company has provided us wishing them a lovely xmas 2024 and a very happy 2025 coming soon

PLEASE READ! Don't buy from these scammers. Read other reviews also. They pretend to be nice to you when they sell you a car but the car won't last more than a week without issues and then they're rude! Bill couldn't care less that he is selling faulty vehicles that could potentially be fatal for the buyer. I paid almost £6000 and now I'm stuck with a car that needs a new timing belt, has oil issues, needs a new turbo and air con system. AVOID as others have said!!

Purchased car back in March 2023. Issue with car and dealer to took to fix. They Had the car for 3 months. When the car was returned to me it was in worse condition then I gave it to them to fix and also gave back with no fuel. Found out no repairs had been done when an inspection was done. Finance company said had to give them a chance to fix so They now have the car again which is nearly another 2 months with them as stating waiting on parts. I get No communication from them, I always have to contact them for a update. Car should of never been sold. Courtesy car given should not of been on the road as lots of faults with it and this was a car that was sold and brought back as had issues so this says it all. Gone to financial ombudsman to try and get my money back. I advise to not purchase any car from this dealer. Says on website can take a car for a test drive but they tell you that they don’t do test drives as they don’t have the insurance as to expensive. Brought a car of them and regretted it straight away, broke down on the way home. Asked for money back due to it not being fit for purchase he refused saying that citezens advice are wrong on the advice they gave me. Honestly if you want to purchase a car hassle free from a honest trustworthy seller don't come to this place. You would be better off buying a car off Matildas dad in Matilda the film he seemed more trustworthy.

Can’t understand how these ignorant criminals are still allowed to trade. I urge you all to avoid this scrap yard at all costs. Please look else where to purchase your car as you will surely get a better and safer car and you will definitely be treated with respect. They are issuing illegal Mots knowing that the car is not road worthy not repairing the car if returned faulty because they state they have covid every week or they have twenty holidays a year. They will not refund your money but they will pay people to write false reviews that really need to be shut down before some poor driver who purchases a car from this scrap yard will either be killed or badly injured. Please do not ignore this post as it will save you money or your life. Let’s get this circus the recognition it deserves.
