Report it to trading standards as we had the same problem he basically swore at me and just told me he does not give a damn we brought a car from him it had a oil leak which. We found out it was the oil cooler so we asked him to fix he said he's so called mechanic had covid then a week later said he's on holiday. So told us to get it done else where so we did it cost £1200 to get done so I posted it online saying this when we went there as car had a warranty he told me to take the post down on face or we won't get anything so I did but he only gave us £300 as he said he could of got it done for £50 when I told the place where we got it done he laughed as he said parts and labour would be more than that he the man who owns swale car shop even threatened to hit me and wanted me to hit him but I walked off to calm down he even told me to f off everyone who has had problems with this person and garage need to make a protest outside to stop this happing to others before someone gets hurt or seriously injured

Do not buy a car from these people. Alternator packed up after 2 weeks they fixed that after a week. Now gearbox has seized up. They shouldn't be allowed to sell cars in this disgusting state. I am a pensioner and can't walk far so really need a car.

Sold me car with dangerous steering issues despite them supposedly fixing it ie having the car for several weeks didn’t even try and fix it, pretended to have covid for 3 weeks gave the car back 4 times saying they had fixed it when they had not .refused to give me my money back so now taking them to court

Yeah mate this company sold my dad a car which needed oil cooler doing plus the seals I got it done for £1200 as the so called mechanic had covid so I got told to take it somewhere else so I did it cost the price I said the man said he could do it for £500 lol when it was not a easy job he would only give us £300 back that's it everyone who has had problems with these people need to make a petition there as this can't keep happening

Having worked for the ambulance service as chaplain for a few years I can say I have seen the devastation caused by faulty cars and I am confident our car is not one of those cars. Bought a car here within the 3 month warranty the engine packed up! As it was during Covid got told my warranty didn’t cover it! When they were told as it came under a service item it would the guy at the end of the phone said they had their own warranties and take it from him it wouldn’t be covered! Refused to give out any contact details or anywhere to get it repaired. He finished the phone call by laughing and saying “Tell you what just say you’re not covered” then put the phone down. See you in court Swale Car Shop am talking to my solicitor right now!!

Brought a car from these people and called up as car broke down on way home. Was shouted at over the phone was told to go F*** off (Nice) Have reported company and had car recovered to main dealer and told it’s not road worthy !
