I managed to source a vehicle through swandale motoring group, very good experience, helpful team, saved me alot of money as I purchased a rare Porsche 911.

I bought a 63 plate BMW 520d a couple of months ago off Swandale Motoring Group, namely a salesman called BIlly there. He pushed me into buying an AA breakdown and recovery warranty on top of the purchase price, He told me it would cost 300 pounds for an 18mth policy and the AA would send me the details directly. A month later, i had heard nothing, so i contacted the AA, and they told me that the garage had purchased a 3 month basic policy for me, I called Billy up at the garage and he tried to fob me off with some rubbish about me only agreeing to buy a 3 mth policy for 300 pounds, not the 18 mth policy we agreed upon. He refused to refund my money, and left me with no option but to leave a bad review, so as to warn other car buyers to avoid dealing with SWANDALE MOTORING GROUP!

brilliant customer service plenty of choice, no pressure sales. To be honest the cars sell them selves, all in very good condition

I bought my Range Rover Evoque from swandale motoring group. The car was excellent value for money and the team provided outstanding customer service in terms of their friendliness and politeness. There was no dealing with pushy sales men with this company. I left a refundable deposit over the phone to secure the vehicle and when I went to collect the vehicle it was exactly how it was described. I highly recommend this company to anyone that is planning on buying a vehicle and I will be using them again if I ever need a vehicle in the future.

I rang up the Swandale motoring team on regards to a Range Rover they had in stock, Had a few questions for them over the phone as I would have been traveling over 4 hours to see/collect the car. I was happy to leave a holding deposit over the phone after speaking to a member of the team,Once getting to leicester train station I was then collected from the Swandale team and brought back to there four court, car was exactly how discribed on the add and also over the phone. In fact it was better in person. Can't fault the lads and also there service. Will be back for my next car. Top service.

Please save your money and go elsewhere. As with the previous review, my car went wrong pretty much as soon as I got it home. The car was deemed to be in excellent condition but has turned out to the far from. This is now costing me hundreds to put right. Swandale Motoring Group offered to reimburse and have since changed their minds and refuse to take the car back. I'm now also pursuing them through the small claims court. Avoid at all costs.
