I got a Partner LCV from Swansway Chester Peugeot, I have plans to use it for transporting bits as some what of a run around but want to do a light conversion so we can take the van away as well. It's a great motor, reliable and runs sweet. We had a small back on forth upon collection as the oil was black despite the van being serviced although, after a brief discussion the van was taken back into the garage and the oil changed on the spot. Can't fault the lads at all for the customer service.. They were spot on to be fair.

The team was amazing from start to finish when I purchased the car. I kind of knew which car I wanted but with it being a newer car, I just wanted that little bit extra information on some of the differences between new and old cars. The team were very informative and told me everything I needed to know, and I got the car! but I was waiting until my house was sold before collecting the car and the team were more than happy to hold the car until then. 5 stars plus all round!!

I purchased my Ford Fiesta from Swansway Chester Peugeot. The car is doing the job I need it to and getting me from A to B. Nathan was Polite and very knowledgeable and there wasn't a single question he was not able to answer. This is not the first car I have bought from them and it won’t be the last. I trust this dealership with my life and the only reason I gave them 4 out of 5 stars is because no one is perfect but they came very close.

I have 4 or 5 cars of the lads at Swansway Chester Peugeot, every visit i leave with a car i'm happy with and feeling very good about the service received. This purchase was no exception, I took a Peugeot 3008, it's been performing really well so far wit no cause for concern. There wasn't much fuel in the car upon collection which would be my only feedback but the value for money is excellent so I cannot complain at all.

I am incredibly happy with my new Peugeot 208, I had Seat's before, the Ateca and the Leon specifically, both are a bit bigger than my little 208 but size and space isn't something I value in a car, convenience, value for money and fuel economy are much more important and this car has these to a T. Billy was great, really good from a customer service prospective and I would recommend him and Swansway Chester Peugeot to anyone in the market for a Peugeot.

Customer service has always been a big deciding factor in where I place my loyalty and essentially where I spend my money. I have always had VW cars and although the experience have never been poor, I haven't always been impressed. I have been blown away by Nathan and Swansway Chester Peugeot's attention, customer care and responsiveness before, during and after the sale. I was deciding between using the Liverpool branch and Chester branch and Nathan was very much the deciding factor to why I went with Chester. The car has also been excellent compared to my old Tiguan, although the size isn't to different, it's feels a lot smaller which is a good thing, it feels more comfortable and doesn't sacrifice the feeling of security. I have already recommend Swansway Chester Peugeot to friends and others and will definitely be back for my cars in future.

Getting the Peugeot 308 to replace my beaten old Corsa feels like a massive upgrade. It's so much smoother and a lot newer which comes with some nice spec. Nathan did an excellent job, looked after my partner and I and ensured all our requirements were met. I would without a doubt get more cars from Swansway Chester Peugeot for the customer satisfaction alone, the cars being of such a high quality in the way they are prepped and presented makes it all the more worth while. I am very pleased indeed.
