I have had several Honda's but the Honda Jazz is the first automatic car I've had and I must say the ease of driving is very appealing. Its really nice to drive, almost lazy driving in fact! It took me a day or two to transition from a manual but I wouldn't go back to a manual now, I'm definitely an auto man. I've found the car can be a little over sensitive with the warnings/cautions it gives i.e. parking sensors, but once you get used to its little functions, you know your limits. My car will be serviced for free until 2028 which was a huge factor in my purchase decision. It also won't be needing an MOT until 2026 either, another huge pro on the list. I've dealt with Swansway Honda on a few occasions, with this car and previous cars and I've always been very pleased with the level of service provided, its a professional establishment and one I happily recommend to friends and family.

5 Year servicing plan is 100% worth it, no stress or worries about this extra annual cost, and no hassle in trying to find a reputable garage. No aftermarket parts or work carried out and always a throrough service, they even valet my car afterwards too! They take care of everything from top to bottom. Would highly recommend Honda's additional services.

I have purchased a Honda Jazz hyrbid model and its quite different to a petrol engine but I like the electric side of things. I jumped straight in it when I picked it up and it was a breeze. I'm very pleased with it, its a lovely little car and certainly pleased with the efficiency of it. I put 9 gallons of petrol in and on a full battery I get around 650-700 mile range, its a brilliant little thing. Just to mention Chris, a great salesman and very thorough with the explanations and demonstrations, he was able to guide me through the sale effortlessly.

I understand we are moving into a world of electric so I thought I needed to get on board with it. I went down to Swansway Bolton Honda to look at the options. I had a diesel CR-V before hand and I love the drive and handle of a diesel. I looked at various cars and decided on a HR-V Hybrid with the help of Chris. The car is great and very economical, it took a little to get used to, but I'm on board and enjoying the low cost driving. Great experience dealing with Honda, and Chris in particular.

Using Honda in Bolton has always been the first port of call for me when I want to upgrade or need any maintenance work. When I bought my CRV I took the servicing plan out too so I know all of that is taken care of. I would have rated a 5 star but there was a slight time delay, other than that I am very pleased thus far.

I bought my Honda from the Swansway site in Bolton and I they take care of any upkeep work. I have been to Honda a number of times and always felt I have been treated with care and respect, for a large establishment, its very customer orientated. I don't live close by this site and could have probably chosen somewhere closer to run my car to when needed, but I like to stick with what I know and where they care for my car too. I was given a 5 year servicing plan with the vehicle when purchased and its been a great weightlifted not having to worry about this every year.

A great bunch of people to deal with, very informative, helpful and thorough with all aspects of the sale. There was some great additional extra options, of which was not forced upon me, but highly beneficial in which I did end up taking out. I have a service plan and the option to upgrade when I am ready in a couple of years. Highly satisfied.
