My Arteon has been fantastic. I'm still getting to grips with a few components, but I’m enjoying discovering everything the car can do. It drives really well. Leo did a fantastic job, I found him to be polite, never pushy, and he handled everything smoothly. Even after the sale, he followed up to see how I was getting on, which was a nice touch. I couldn’t fault a single thing. I'd rate 6 out of 5 if I could.

As I got the car around the Christmas period, I found it a bit frustrating with the different opening times but I think in general the sale went well. Overall I'm happy with how everything went, and my Q5 has been all good.

I absolutely love the T-ROC, everything about the car is magic. I had a T-Roc before, but I love this one. It’s easy to drive, easy to park, economical, and quick. Sion was perfect, he did everything he could and went over everything in detail during the handover. I'd definitely recommend him. It was a long way to travel, but they had the exact car I wanted in stock, and the whole process was easy. Well worth the trip.

So far the VW Polo has been great, I'm really pleased with it. We were looking to downsize as our other car was too big, and the VW Polo is perfect for what we need. Leo was excellent, I've got no complaints at all. He treated me well and answered all my questions.

This was my first time buying a car from Wrexham Volkswagen but my family has gotten cars from here previously, which is why I was happy to get a car from here. For me, everything went well, the customer service was fantastic. Up to now, my Golf has been going well.

I'm loving my new Tiguan! I knew a fair bit about them before purchasing one because my brother has one so I managed to get a good feel for the car long before I made the decision to get one myself. While I was enquiring through, I thought the salesman (Glyenn) was brilliant and he answered any questions I had about the car. It's been great since driving away and I'm happy to give 5*

The car I purchased wasn't for myself but for one of my employees and as far as I'm aware everything is going okay. While I was making the purchase I felt Sion was excellent to deal with and the whole process was really smooth.

Top end of the scale with how happy I am. I've always had bigger cars but on this occasion I decided to downsize to a Polo and although it's smaller, it doesn't feel that much different. Big thanks to Glenn for all his help and it was nice to see him again.

I’ve been getting on really well with my new Volkswagen and couldn’t be more pleased. Although I haven’t had it long, I've already taken it on some good of journeys, including a trip down to London, and it's performed brilliantly. The customer service was smooth and went just as expected. I’ve owned several VWs before, but Sion still kindly offered to go through the controls with me. I was comfortable figuring things out as I go, but his support was appreciated. Overall, I’m really pleased.
