It took me a while to find my perfect Golf GTI but I'm glad I persisted. Believe it or not I contacted 10 car dealers in my attempt to spend a significant amount on a nearly new car but only 2 got back to me! One of whom was Sion at Wrexham VW whose communication was excellent. I'm deducting half a star due to there being quite a bit of baked-on brake dust on the front alloys but overall it was a positive experience and I'm more than happy.

I'm on my second car from Wrexham VW now, I was very pleased with my old Tiguan and am equally happy with my new Taigo. Although the automatic gearbox is taking some getting used to it is very smooth and I'm glad we went for it. We were very well looked after by Sion and I'm sure we'll be back again for our next Volkswagen.

The Volkswagen T-Roc was a great deal even though Wrexham is quite far away from me. I understand that delivery wasn't available so had to travel to pick it up. Joseph was very accommodating and made everything easy.

We spotted the Tiguan Allspace while we were on holiday so we were lucky to find the car and this great dealership! Sion was really informative and took his time to show us around the car and recommend features that were relevant to us. What really impressed was how Sion and the other staff acknowledged us and kept us updated even though he was busy with other customers, always keeping our tea topped up along the way! I've purchased a few cars in the past however Wrexham VW was exceptional.

I rang up about a golf gtd today and the following day the dealer at Wrexham vw had increased the price by £1,474 , I consider this very sharp practice

We have cascaded this to our Head of Business at Wrexham Volkswagen who has confirmed you made an enquire for a Golf GTD you requested as part of the deal you wanted the road tax to be included and due to this being declined you then made the decision not to go ahead with the purchase or secure this price with a deposit. The next day we did have a price increase as a business. We work within the used car market we do not control it so for this reason our price do go up and down.
