I have worked in the motor industry for 25 years, doing hand overs, getting cars up to scratch in the prep side and I know how its suppose to be done. I came to Wrexham Volkswagen and I can truthfully say from start to finish, the whole process was absolutely outstanding. These guys were spot on with everything, they left nothing unturned. Sion went above and beyond for me, by this I mean; general keeping me in the loop with things, the level of attention to detail was so impressive to see, Sion kept in constant communication with me, and he ensured the car was absolutely spot on before handing it over. Sion is a credit to the team! I don't live local, I live a good while away but I will happily travel here every time to buy again... there's nowhere else I trust like these guys!

I had a Golf from Wrexham VW a few years back, I mistakenly got rid of it and swapped for something else.... I soon realised it was a mistake, so, I've been back to Sion and bought another Golf... It does exactly what a Golf should do, its perfect. I'll be sticking with Golf's now and will be back to Wrexham VW when ready for an upgrade.
