Glenn was really great to deal with, and there wasn't anything I'd change about the way he went about the sale. The only reason for not giving top marks would be because there was a delay getting the car, which admittedly was out of Glenn's control, but once I got the car it was perfect and it's been going well since.

I've had my VW Tiguan for about 6-8 weeks now, and it's been great. I’m out in it most days, and I’ve even towed the caravan with it a few times, which it handles so well that you’d barely know it's attached! I'm also really impressed with how economical it is compared to my old car. Big thanks to Glenn, who was as good as gold throughout the whole purchase process. Definitely 5-star service!

Although they're a VW main dealer they did a great job when I purchased my BMW here. I dealt with a few members of the team (Glenn, joe) due to people being on holiday but everyone was friendly and helpful. It took a while to get a dent removed but once I got the car the work was completed to a high standard and I'm happy.
