Very impressed with the service I received at Wrexham Volkswagen. Knowing I don’t use the internet much, Glenn took extra care to explain everything clearly. I also found him to be very honest because he kept his word and sent out an English user manual, as the original was in German, and it arrived today. Truly excellent service!

I can't remember the salesman name who looked after me, but I was very happy with the service and I found everyone lovely to get along with while I made my purchase. My Golf has been the perfect daily car and I love it! Fingers crossed it stays as it is.

I've always driven Volkswagen Golfs, so I knew what to expect, but I still had some questions. Glenn was kind enough to answer them all and went over the pros and cons of the model I was interested in. After a short test drive, I decided to go ahead with it. I got the car in September, and I still love it!

Glenn was really great to deal with, and there wasn't anything I'd change about the way he went about the sale. The only reason for not giving top marks would be because there was a delay getting the car, which admittedly was out of Glenn's control, but once I got the car it was perfect and it's been going well since.

I've had my VW Tiguan for about 6-8 weeks now, and it's been great. I’m out in it most days, and I’ve even towed the caravan with it a few times, which it handles so well that you’d barely know it's attached! I'm also really impressed with how economical it is compared to my old car. Big thanks to Glenn, who was as good as gold throughout the whole purchase process. Definitely 5-star service!
