My dad had a car of Wrexham Volkswagen a few years back an I was very impressed with how well Sion looked after my dad and how good he was at arranging and sorting everything.
I went as I have had a Clio for my first car and wanted something a little more substantial to carry through my 2nd and 3rd year of driving.
I settled on a VW Polo, it's a 1L Automatic so great on fuel and low insurance premiums.
The car has been excellent so far and Sion was just as accommodating as he was with my dad.

As a returning customer, I always expect a high level of service from Wrexham Volkswagen, once again I have not been disappointed.
I wanted something a little bit bigger than my old Polo, the Tiago which Glenn showed me was perfect, Glenn was brilliant in getting me a good deal, showing me all the features of the car and making sure everything was to my liking.
My only critique would be the stock availability wasn't as vast as I'd hoped for, however, supply chain has caused issues across the board and there isn't much that can be done to account for that.

I have had VW Tiguan and T-Rocs for a while.. With my son getting a little older and not needing his pram anymore, plus the cost of fuel now days I decided I would much prefer the slightly smaller T-Roc.
Wrexham Volkswagen had a perfect one in stock, I love the colour, low millage and the interior was in such good condition.
I have been back to Wrexham VW time and time again, we always deal with Shaun and he is always amazing, knows exactly what we are looking for and always finds me a perfect deal!

I love my VW T-Roc which I purchased from Wrexham Volkswagen, the main things I liked about the car is the performance and the brakes, it also strikes me as a very stealthy car and I like that feel.
The team were great especially Glen, I was very happy from the moment I inquired everyone was very attentive and helped in answering my questions,
I will happily recommend Wrexham Volkswagen to anyone in the market for a new motor.

This is the 3rd or 4th time we have returned to Wrexham Volkswagen, I feel we have really built a relationship with Youssef who works there, he understands our likes, understands our requirements and just understands us as customers.
I bought a Volkswagen ID.5 originally but we have since traded this in for an ID.3 as we were able to get one in a higher spec for the same price, I am waiting to collect the ID.3 which will be ready tomorrow and I can’t wait to get my new car.
The experience was very very good and I have no complaints as we never do, Thank you Youssef and the team at Wrexham Volkswagen for all your help!

I took my VW Passat in for a minor service and investigation of various dashboard error messages. The work was initially expected to take one day, but as it was not completed on the first visit I had to rebook for a later date. On the second occasion, the garage kept my car for three weeks to do a job for which they eventually billed me 15.25 hours. They explained the delay by saying that they only had one technician qualified for the work, who was away on a course for two days, and on annual leave for three days. The service desk staff and service manager, though perfectly polite, showed no understanding of the inconvenience caused by their failure to programme the work flow through the service department.

Took my Tiguan into Wrexham Volkswagen for its first service and was met with disgraceful customer service. I was left twiddling my thumbs for ages before someone spoke to me. Firstly, the member of staff was insistent I buy a maintenance package, only to tell her I leased the car and didn't want one. She then went on to say that the car would be there all day, even though when I booked it in 2 weeks ago I was told it would be there for 2 hours only. I left Wrexham VW and will never return. Staff need to attend an intense Customer Service Programme before they are allowed to deal with the general public !!
