Extremely disappointed! Booked MOT provided by Audi Swindon. Car been booked at 10:05am. I ask how long it’s gona take because I have to be at work at 1:00pm. They said around 1- 1.5h. When arrived they again ask what time I need car and I said that maximum to 12:00. At 12:00 they told me that I have to wait 10- 15min longer. Finaly 12:40 they finished. I already know that gona be late at my work... Nearly 3h for MOT (been there at 9:40am) and I don't booked any additional service like car wash etc.... Week before (6 days from MOT) car been in Audi Swindon for tpms dash light. Take 8h to clear dash light... They check car, send me video and let me know that car is in perfect condition. All suspension parts ,brakes,tyres etc... On MOT they change mind and put me 3 adversories! From check to MOT I didn't even drive ! Millage could be checked on the system. I came before to make sure that car pass with no adversories! They said that someone contact about that issue! But that's never happen... I call them and ask again, Laura from reception told me that someone back to me on Monday. That's also not happen... Terrible experience.

As I am writing this review I felt very bad and pity on Swindon Audi dealer On the Audi approved used car website checked a Q3 price was£ 31214 after the test drive and inspection £37457 As a customer I felt bad and disappointed customer service is very poor please avoid this type of dealers

One of the worst main dealers in the UK. I've been waiting 3 days for a tyre change and every day someone forgets it needed to be done and I'm the one ringing up chasing where my car is. The stock lie of "supplier issues" is then recycled to shift the blame from their own levels of incompetence

As a repeated Audi customer I’ve become familiar with the brand and the level of service associated with such. However on inspection and purchase of a vehicle from Swindon Audi, when asking staff about an MOT failure on a two year old vehicle and if I may see a copy of their “Audi Approved” inspection they became rude and dismissive. Calling their manager out to deal with us as “difficult” customers. We’ve had our buying experience soiled by rude salespeople and poor car preparation. When spending over £20k I would expect better. Disgraceful. When questioned its “cheaper” for a vehicle to fail an MOT and be repaired than inspected properly beforehand.
