The staff are completely unprofessional and unrepresentative of the asian brand. They are far from what BMW represents...most importantly are very discriminatory and do not respect other religions or consider other religious values, for example, I have had dealings with them, and they think their lack of openess and diversity and inclusively is good for the brand. I would recommend getting your service needs met elsewhere, as they have a racist problem with customers and external colleagues alike. The manager thinks its not okay to hire diverse employees as most of her co workers are white British, despite someone being overqualified for the role, she thought she could whitewash the BMW brand at this location, and misrepresent a good Asian brand, which was never British in earnest thank you.

Just thinking in changing our BMW. I phoned before visiting and spoke to Max.Johnson.. Getting there we were firstly received by Martin who was extremely professional and sympathetic explaining all we wanted to know about the different models in question. Soon after Max joined us and the same sympathetic and knowledgable approach was shown. In addition as I use a walking stick he was so considerate that he brought the car to be tested inside the showroom for my convenience. We were very impressed with the way we were looked after. Thank you and full marks for you.both.
Our car was towed to Sycamore on 21st November. We were advised that the car would be looked at on 30th November. The online booking came up and we completed the forms but the vehicle was already there so we were somewhat confused. We were then told our vehicle would not be ready until the Monday 4th December. I had previously advised them that I had non curable cancer and lots of treatment/ appointments and I needed the car back as soon as possible. I asked for a courtesy car so I could get to my life extending appointments . I was told by Joseph that he would call me back and he failed to do so. He clearly had no empathy whatsoever for our situation. Then we chased for an update on the 4th as we had heard nothing, to be told it would now not be ready until the 5th December. I was then told it would be ready to collect at 5.30 on the 5th December. I got a lift over to Sycamores which 25miles away and sat for 45minutes, only to be told it was not ready. Therefore I was now stranded at the garage. All of a sudden they were able to magic a courtesy car straight away!!! They then did not call again until 17.45pm on Friday 8th December to say it was ready, which then would have give us 15 minutes to do a 25mile journey. 16 days it took to repair my vehicle. We then collected the car the following week. My other concern is that we were originally quoted £964. When we collected the car the final bill just under £1500. We were not advised of the additional cost until collection. Communication externally to customers absolutely appalling. Communication within Sycamore - requires improvement. Ripping off customers with necessary work - definitely! Requires investigation - definitely. If it were a school they would be ‘special measures’. We have now ordered a new BMW i4 from a different dealership. So if you want poor communication, unhelpful staff and expensive unnecessary repairs then this is the place for you.
BMW Sycamore Peterborough advertised car on official BMW website with 17k miles but after visiting the dealership mileage was actually 22k. disappointed with this type of honesty from a main dealer as would not have gone 100 miles to see the car had i known. also, i asked salesman beforehand if there was any noticeable dents/marks/scratches on car. he said no - but a wheel had corroded which was very clear for anyone to see. would not have visited car with this issue had i been made aware. had to get this diamond cut alloy refurbished at my own cost of £150 which was upsetting. Car was very dirty even though they claimed it was valeted. had to wash and clean it myself when i got home! very disappointed and frustrated with a main dealer. they said they would go back to valet company and complain but it didn't help me at the time sadly. overall experience was inaccurate, misleading and had hidden extra charges

I purchased the car on line after talking to Ryan who sent me a walk round video of the car which was excellent and we carried out the sale over the telephone on which I took delivery on 1st of March 21 there was 1 or 2 issues with the car right away from purchase but would like to say that Ryan resolved quickly along with my local BMW service centre under warranty. I would like to say that these things happen to the best but all you can ask that the issues are resolved quickly which was the case with Sycamore BMW and have since been highly delighted with the car and would highly recommend Sycamore BMW

No test drive given scratches on the car BMW check not completed faults with car so it wasn't road legal . Arrogant rude staff from top to bottom of the company. Don't take responsibility for there Fallings. Shouldn't be allowed to sell BMW PRODUCT.

Firstly I purchased 2 new BMW X3’s from this dealer in September 2017 over £80k’s worth. I found the sales department to be great even though I was miss sold a service plan that I was never going to utilise under my mileage limitations on PCP. However this was sorted eventually. What is extremely poor though is the service department and aftercare. I called them today as I have noticed corrosion and discolouration coming from under the paint on two of my alloy wheels, therefore called the service department. Now I know I am 5 months out of the 3 year warranty but I would have expected at least for them to ask me to bring the car over and they’ll have a quick look but instead I was meet with a very nice polite woman who was relaying the conversation to and from the service manager, with a hard line it’s out of warranty. I am very disappointed with the attitude of the service manager, lack of customer service and pure rudeness by not speaking to me directly on the phone. Now I know that all the staff at sycamore BMW are not like this but it’s clearly a weak link in the company dragging the entire BMW OWNER EXPERIENCE down. I’m now 6 months off the end of my PCP finance agreement where I decide to upgrade the vehicle / pay off the bubble / hand back the car. And to be honest I’m now having second thoughts using this dealership maybe BMW entirely.. it’s a real shame.

Had lots of problems with this dealership, 4 cars purchased over approx 2 years , dents in new cars , terrible service dept issues , arrogant and rude across the whole dealership apart from the salesman who was great , The management never take ownership of issues, promise the earth but never deliver . Service dept rude, arrogant, car goes in comes out with either stone chips on it , paperwork relating to finance incorrect , no heart to heart apology , just words Avoid sycamores go to a proper BMW dealership who actually care about the thousands of pounds your spending with your hard earned money . Lesson learnt never again .

Wish I could give them negative stars. I’ve had the worst experience dealing with them, paid a refundable deposit (confirmed by their manager and the sales executive that it’s refundable) for overly priced car compared to other BMW authorised dealers. I had to cancel my booking as I found a newer model at a much cheaper price from another dealer, the sales executive sent me several emails assuring and confirming the refund will be credited back into my account, suddenly I receive a call after 3 days of constant chasing that they made a serious mistake and the deposit is non refundable. If I had know it was non refundable I wouldn’t have paid the deposit; they are a deceptive company. Please don’t trust them and avoid them, check with other dealers and you will find much better deals at highly competitive price.
