After being told the car was in good condition and no significant dents, scratches etc I travelled from by train for 5 hours to check out the car expecting to drive it away that day. The car was in an awful condition so much so I asked if it had been in a major accident. When I said about the condition of the car I was told this 5 year old car for £11000+ was an old car. I wasted a whole day and around £200 in travelling costs because they lied on the phone.

My experience with Synergy Car Centre has been disappointing. I purchased a vehicle advertised as meticulously prepared to the highest standards with road testing and thorough evaluations promised during the preparation process. However, the vehicle delivered did not meet these assurances. It had persistent odors and undisclosed issues within the interior. Despite my efforts, the unpleasant smells persisted, impacting the vehicle's usability and comfort. Furthermore, the promised inspection report lacked detail, undermining confidence in the vehicle's safety and reliability. Subsequently, the car developed multiple faults, including dysfunctional USB ports, issues with the key fob, and most significantly, an inability to engage the reverse gear, rendering it undrivable. Despite multiple communications and assurances, I have yet to receive the promised refund for the vehicle, leaving me and my family without transportation. This situation has caused undue stress and inconvenience. I had hoped for a more transparent and satisfactory resolution, especially given the company's claims of exceptional vehicle preparation and customer care. Regrettably, this experience has fallen short of those assurances. I'm still awaiting the promised refund, and the lack of resolution has left me and my family in a difficult situation. I hope the company will fulfil its commitments and rectify this situation promptly.

I purchased my Mercedes C220D from Synergy recently and been very satisfied with the customer service and professionalism with how my issue was handled. I placed my deposit with Ashley who was happy to hold the car for a full week due to work commitments. When I arrived I was greeted by Leoni who was amazing to deal with and put me at ease throughout it all. Test drove the car and was happy to proceed. As I drove 20 miles my engine light came on and was quite concerned for obvious reasons. I called back the following day and Ashley agreed to look into this immediately at my convinence when free who confirmed the nox sensor was the issue and needed changing. (common issues with mercs) I returned back today to get this sorted along with a few minor niggles. Everything was sorted today and left a happy customer. Yes it's a pain to commute backwards and forwards however I'm aware I chose them but was given the option to use a courtesy car whilst repairs were going on that I politely refused as I was happy to wait. In all honesty for the age, spec and mileage I couldn't fault the price as I could not find anything identical to the level of competitiveness being offered. If I need to px a car I'll definitely be looking at synergy again to see if they have anything that takes my fancy. Thanks to the team at Synergy.
I don't usually leave bad reviews because everyone's experience is different, but the service from this place has been so bad that I feel I should let others know just to be cautious. The customer service at the beginning wasn't the best, but I decided to overlook that as not everyone is great at dealing with customers and maybe they didn't want to seem pushy. When it came to purchasing the car we were told that it had been serviced by them. So we assumed the main things had been checked, as we also got the paperwork to say this. How wrong we were. The oil was practically empty, there was no blade on the back wiper. Not been cleaned properly, as some form of polish/shampoo was all over it. Within the 28 days of owning it, the engine management light came on 3 times and the oil light came on. Which is when we found out there was barely any oil in it. Although we had the paperwork.to say it had been done. After we contacted them, they said they would only take it back if we traded it in for another car. Otherwise they said we needed to take it to Hyundai. They said the engine management light probably came on because we had probably put fuel.in from.differwnt fuel stations. We have never had that with other cars and not heard of anyone having that problem. So basically if you have a problem after purchase they are not interested. All they do is send an e mail full of lies and excuses. Steer well clear of these if you want a decent car. We are now taking legal action

I am very disappointed with the service I received from synergy car dealership I bought a Nissan qashqai on Monday customer service was non existence. The car I bought was not prepared at all scratches all over it inside and outside , Isofix cover missing in the back passenger seat, air vent handle missing from passenger side I was completely shocked to find all the faults I found with car and repaired kit missing from tyre maintenance kit the car wasn’t not prepared at all . I discovered all these faults when I thoroughly inspect the car . I am very Unsatisfied with service I received and I would not recommend it to anyone .
