We travelled from Leeds to buy a VW Golf . Very pleased with the service and the car was as described. Salesman wasn't pushy unlike in some garages I've been to. Highly recommend.

I rang the Synergy Car Centre to check on the condition of a car as I was travelling over 100 miles to get there. I was assured that the condition was good and there was nothing that stood out about the car like scratches etc. After 2 hours of driving I finally got there only to be very disappointed, the car had 3, yes 3 cracks in the windscreen, it looked like it had been in a crash on the front right side of the bumper possibly (cat c) body work was very shabby and it stank of smoke inside. I approached the sales man who was extremely rude and assured me the car was fine even with the windscreen! I asked him why he didn't tell me about the damage before my 100 mile journey and he got loud and aggressive. He was not a friendly or helpful person. I ended up walking off before I did something I might have regret to the man. Never been so frustrated. Not one apology was given. Synergy Car Centre is disgraceful car dealership.

Bought my vehicle from the centre, in pristine condition. Took out an extended warranty. Had a slight tyre problem that we easily resolved. Recommended

The car is in good condition, very helpful man who works for this dealer. I saw this online on an advert first and when I got to see it at Synergy Cars it was the same specification and exactly as it was described, no truth had been bent for this. I would go again and have told friends to check the cars that they have in Nottingham when they look for a car

All went very well with Synergy Cars,travelled down all the way from Scotland to Nottingham for my Mazda 6. Had it all ready for me, all pristine. Not been any issues. They were quite accommodating with me, very good and very honest and trustworthy. I part exchanged my car for this and they were very fair about this with price etc. I hadnt seen the car physically before going to Nottingham so getting their i was pleased it was exactly as described. In future I will also be using this site, really useful for information about car dealers when you are travelling quite a way. Thanks all round

Everything was just fine, had it all HPI checked and ready for me when I arrived, was all i expected. Best part about Synergy Cars was that he let me drive it away whilst he was waiting for the finance to clear, obviously it imminent. I travelled down from Liverpool to Nottingham so this really helped. Recommend them to anyone

Avoid this garage I bought a car from them and after 2000 miles of driving it the engine had a major component malfunction , rang dealer to help ,, they said do what u want and take us to court which in now my intention under the sales and goods act 1979.
