Attempted to put the price up in the middle of buying the car - see previous reviews where others have had the same unpleasant experience. Car was defective - took it back in 11 days, but they couldn’t care less. Supplied a courtesy car, that also did not work properly! Technically incapable of repairing the car. Car returned 3 months later - paint damaged, oil leaks, perished suspension bushes, damaged locking system (all identified by another BMW Main Dealer) - and Cardiff have washed their hands. About to start legal proceedings - but be wary before you buy a car from Sytner Cardiff. They just don’t care and are not up to the job of correctly preparing cars.

Just picked up my 17 plate m4, and can’t speak highly enough of the service given by Aimee, I was kept informed all the way through of the process, and the car arrived immaculate, and handed over very friendly and professionally by Peter.
