We received a terrible service from mini cardiff. New car was ordered in october, we were given 3 different dates when it would be ready. We finally agreed to receive it on march 1st. At 4pm on march 1st we were told it wasnt ready. My daughters dreams were in tatters. Shocking service.

Just a quick word to say thanks for the warm friendly welcome and the great service I received yesterday from the team at Sytner Mini Cardiff on Hadfield rd.

We received a very warm welcome on are arrival at Mini Cardiff and they gave our dog an even warmer one. They provided us with all the information we needed as we were interested in the countryman and did not pressure us at all throughout the process. All the staff were friendly and helpful and after deciding what we wanted they helped us in finding the perfect mini which is now sat on our drive. From the beginning to end it was a great experience and would definitely be getting our next car from there! A great thanks to Ian and Calvin at Sytner Min for all your help.
