i recently purchased a vehicle from Sytner coventry a BMW touring 320d . the vehicle is great but i would like to thank the sales staff for their professionalism and friendliness during the purchase period . in particluar grant , shane and manvir . manvir was a credit to your company , keep up the good work . highly recommended by myself based on this experience
Recently got my car serviced from them. It was an approved used car i purchased from Vines of Gatwick. Sytner Coventry charged me good amount of 700+ £ saying its a major service and needs spark plug replacement and a mineral flush. I don't know what they did but my fuel efficiency seriously deteriorated after the service and also car started lagging when i give gas. It had 25 -28 mpg in city earlier and now its like 15 -18 mpg in city. Its a 320i. When i called them they say they need another 120£ to investigate it and it cant be an issue with the service. But everything started after the service. Very funny. Don't get these guys to service your vehicle. They just rob your money in daylight and do not accept when they break your car too.
I own a BMW and mini. I always take it for service or any other work that needs to be done, on my Vehicles. In May 2022, I took my mini to the dealership to change auxiliary belt and pulley. I took my mini back in May 2023 to have the auxiliary belt pulley and engine mount replaced again under BMW parts warranty. In June 2023, I took my vehicle back as there was noise coming from the engine and my turbo was not working. They gave me a bill for over £3000 to have it fixed. Bearing in mind I just had my mini de-choked by them and had a new turbo switch, As I had carbon built up. So I took my vehicle to an independent garage. They had a look and said you only need to replace booster pipe as it has been pissed, has a small hole in it, The garage also told me that when your vehicle was in at the dealership, they would’ve accidentally pierced a hole in your booster pipe which is causing you loss of power. Which only cost me just over £800. I also paid the dealership £120 diagnostics and gave me a quotation for over £3000. If I could, I would give them a zero star. Now I have the same problem again with my vehicle. I need the pulley, auxiliary belt and the engine mount replaced again. It’s all down to their technician, not doing a proper diagnostics on my vehicle. Now they are telling me I need to take it to another dealership they don’t want to deal with my Vehicle anymore. Wow Great customer service. 😔. All because I complained, And asked for a refund for the booster pipe and diagnostics. do not use Sytner Dealerships. I have had three or four different service advisors because they all leave the company all they ever think about is profit, And not you as a customer.

Contacted me day before collection to cancel sale because car engine was modified/remapped, cost me money to insure vehicle for collection, and took 5 days to refund my money

This is our third mini from sytner Coventry and I must congratulate the service we received from Alana Astolfi the salesperson she was so helpful in choosing our new mini from start to finish

Purchased a used car. Amazing service. No funny business . Did what they said they would . Gave me a car in better condition then expected. Delivered to where I wanted . Couldn’t ask for more. Took a little longer then expected but it was only because they did more for me at no extra cost. I would use them again. Thanks to Bilal and Graham. Sytner should be proud of you.

We went to see a car at BMW, Coventry as they had the perfect X1 we were looking for. From the get go, we felt like we were in a rat race to buy this car and it seemed pressured. We agreed to buy the car dependant on some work that they said they would do. After no contact from the garage (we had to call them twice to ask for an update on the car) we arrived 1 and a half weeks later (1 day after the arranged pick up day). The car had had some work done, but there were still aspects that hadn't been seen to and the car hadn't even been valeted...We were gutted to say the least. BMW pride themselves on good customer service and giving the 5 star treatment. We left the garage feeling like we had been ripped off and lied to. I don't want to name names but please think twice before dealing with some of these cowboys who think they are God's gift to the car world.
Never thought I'd do click and collect for a car but we did. It was really easy, we got personalised videos from the sales team after our initial call. We had a video of the car and were able to see the full spec before purchase. When we did collect the team were really helpful and explained the everything really well.
