Went to BMW Coventry, and all staff was very friendly and courteous. Harvey dealt with me and was very extremely responsive and helpful. Will definitely go back!
BMW Sytner Coventry are not interested in customer service at all! The service is really very poor as I dealt with sales advisor - as he least bothered what customer wants . And he thinks most of the customer won’t afford to buy a custom build so called his terminology ‘factory built’ ..funny ... He under estimate customer capability. As my personal experience I don’t recommend sytner - Coventry branch.

When to buy a car. Ok. It was only. £16999. 00 p. That’s nearly 17 thousand. There must have been over 30 people working there. As in just sitting at there desks talking to each other. And made me wait 15. To 20 min. Before some one could be bothered to come see me. So I just left. If this is there first impression to a buyer then no thanks.

Great communication when they try to sell you a mini, contacting you practically everyday!! Not so good when you pull out of a deal, poor communication and rude staff in the financial department at Mini Coventry.
Bmw sytner coventry has to be the worse dealership i have evr dealt with, being part of such a big group you would expect a certain level of customer service but no the after sales service is absolutely appalling. Seems like once theve sold a car there not intrested. 2 weeks after my purchase a ha d an issue and to get that booked in took me 6 phone calls after which it was finally booked in and then i get a call saying car is ready for me to collect so i drove feom leicester to coventry only to be told SORRY we made mistake tour car wont be ready for another 3 days so why make me drive all the way. Well after that issue was sorted i then had another problem with the car which i called and booked in them on the day before booking i called to confirm booking guess what my car is not bokes in since then am still trying to book it in its now been 10 days i even spoke to the service manager kristian coe who was not helpfull at all i spoke to nichola and rachel who again were not helfull i have been calling them for 10 days now to be told someone will call me back but guess what no one does and am still waiting. I would Not recommend this dealership to anyone please avoid buying from them.

This dealership is truly awful it was once very pleasant compared to Sytner Leicester. Kristian Coe and Justine Gilfillan are both rude and Kristian Coe admits he hasn't a clue what the problem is with my connected drive and three times he tells me he will call me back. I'm still waiting. Avoid
Steve who I dealt with was a good man, he wasn't in any way pushy and was very informative and helpful. I was treated well throughout and the car is spot on, I was very impressed with how friendly and professional the service at Sytner BMW was.

Before the sale when I was getting the payment sorted and they were calling me everyday trying to get it finalised but once they had the payment the service at BMW Coventry dropped off considerably. I had a problem with the engine a month down the line and I took it back, they told me it was fine and gave the car back but the problem was still there, eventually they found the problem and I was without the car for a month (I did get a courtesy car). Every time I called they would just say the part was on the way and that was that, turns out it needed a whole new engine in the end so the communication as to what was going on was poor and it didn't feel like they cared really. If I had to say would I recommend them I would probably say no.

Poor communication. No response to an offer or inquiry on two separate occasions, the last car I had no response to my offer, only £800 off asking on a £24k car, but on revisiting the listing I see the car had increased by £3k! Poor customer service and sales. On that basis, one can extrapolate that the rest is probably equally poor.
