This place is a joke ....still got a warranty and is refusing to fix the fault they did

Had work done .thinking they would use vw parts was I wrong never use again

Had work done to car made it worse than it was ....on one occasion was left for 3 weeks.with out getting seen to ....when picked it up told me lies saying they fixed it ......this only came alight when one of the Technicians who work there told me it never got worked on .....and to top it all I still have a Warranty on the car and Mr Gary Tissiman has banned me from getting any more work done .....I have informed the moto ombudsman and Traded standards so hopefully they will sort it .......

VW Vertu Leeds refused to honour price promise as per their terms for maintenance to my car despite me being in possession of quote from a local garage. Service manager Roger stated they do not have to price match anything and was defensive and unprofessional telling me to complain. Cannot recommend for servicing as staff particularly rude.

Lee from Volkswasgen Leeds, Holbeck recently helped me purchase a car. Excellent customer service, came out of his way multiple times to ring up and give his assistance when needed, very nice chap and everything ran really smoothly because of him. I would like to thank dawn at Leeds Volkswagen for wonderful way she looked after my elderly father when his clutch burnt out. She arranged for a recovery back to the dealership took him to a nearby hotel for coffee to settle him down then took him home. We are very grateful and would not hesitate to to pay her a visit when buying our next vw car. Once again thank you.
