I cannot express enough my disappointment with the complete lack of customer care and total disinterest shown by Sytner BMW in Leicester. I recently purchased an 8 month old M240i, which, due to Covid-19 had to be done via telephone. Obviously, I wanted to know the state of the bodywork and wanted to know the amount of stonechips and whether they would be touched in. I was told on numerous occasions that there were few if any and that they would be touched in prior to collection and that the car was as good as immaculate. When I went to collect the car I was less than impressed by the standard of its preparation. it had had a very quick wash judging by the amount of dirt still showing. Some parts of the car hadn't even been washed. Also, I have never seen so many stone chips on a car with only 6k miles on it. I have less stone chips on my 20 year old Z3M Coupe!! When I complained and asked to see the salesman, he seemed to find the whole thing amusing, telling me that it looked clean enough to him and that if I was bothered about stone chips then I should have bought a new car! Not the response one would expect. He also tried to convince me that the stone chips had been touched in. Err... No they hadn't as I have since had it detailed with the stone chips properly touched in. If it wasn't for the fact that I had no other transport to get home with, I may have left there and then. However, I decided to take the car and sort out the issues myself but would expect some kind of gesture of goodwill from them. The salesman assured me that he would oblige. When I arrived home, I thought I would give it a "proper" wash! Whilst cleaning it, I lifted one of the wiper blades only to discover that it hadn't been attached properly as it came away in my hand and the metal wiper hit and smashed the screen! I was not impressed to say the least! Again poor attention to detail during preparation. I contact BMW to follow up on the previous day as had not been called as promised and also to express my anger over the poor prep work and was assured that they would pay for windscreen excess cost and still arrange some kind of goodwill gesture. I had a call from the salesman to say that the touch up stick was in the post and that he would speak to the sales manager about my issues. Not heard a dickie bird from them. Had my money now so don't care!! I have been buying cars for over 40 years and must have purchased at least 40 cars (for two people) during that time. I can honestly say, that this is the worst customer experience that I have ever had from any car dealer and I certainly wouldn't want to deal with you again. T

My car needed a satnav update, USB stick ordered but no code, no one ever gets back to you at Sytner BMW in Leicester, even when you have complained to the manager.
Purchased a 6 month old car from Sytners BMW in Leicester and they were very helpful. Had a couple of problems with the car though in the following weeks and they didn't want to know at all. Totally unhelpful. Ended up using another dealer to resolve the problems. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM SYTNER
Come in the morning to drop my car for recall waiting for someone to serve me 20 minutes.Someone at Sytner BMW Leicester finally come but very poor customer service looks like don't care. They clean my car inside and outside but they didn't clean the boot at all.If all jobs doing like that then I will never buy BMW again.

Received a recall letter today went straight to Sytner BMW Leicester, who went out of their way to make it as hard as possible for me to get the recall booked in. I then contacted BMW UK about this and I requested they they send me some of their hand wash that they use as they were constantly washing their hands of any responsibility. BMW need to review their franchises and make changes, BMW UK don’t have customer facing managers who are willing to talk to customers who feel they are getting nowhere fast. Customers need to be respected as we are the people who pay these employees wages.
Informed me I couldn’t pick the car up after it was paid for for 4 day as they needed to repair a sensor on the rear suspension. This was not fixed and the car isn’t level when stationary and engine is off. Two tyres were illegal and one was unbelievably dangerous as it was down to the mesh wire on the inside of the tyre where I wasn’t able to inspect. I drive my family in this car and I’m gobsmacked I was sold a car in this condition. They also said a full service had been completed however after inspection no service was completed just the on board computer was reset. Stay away from Sytner BMW in Leicester.

Sytner BMW in Leicester delivered me a complete 5 star service. I cant fault the car I bought from them as it has been perfect I've got absolutely no problems to report and I have actually owned the car for 4 months now. The people at the dealership were lovely and everything was fantastic. This is one car dealership that I recommend.
