Had a recall notice from Audi for a 45 minute software update, they damaged my car when trying to do the update and ended up with my car for 4 weeks, damaging and replacing 4 other part's. As they are a franchise (Sytner group), they invoiced Audi head office for the work to repair the damage they done! They then decide to tell me they have done all they can and the ‘issues’ on my car were there when I brought it in! This is despite them driving my car from the front to their garage to put it on a ramp to do their video check which they sent me the first day they had it in which aside from a loose CV Gator they said my car was fine! I also have emails confirming the work they did on my car which was caused by their damage. Rude and inexperienced staff who have no idea what they are doing. Complained to the motor ombudsman who are totally biased, took 9 months to give me an outcome of not being upheld and now about to commence legal action . DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR ANY REASON. ONLY GIVING 1 STAR AS CAN’T SELECT NO STARS!

I was served by very friendly advisor by the name of Nayan at Audi West London (Sytner)who booked in my car for service. My service was booked by the call centre mistakenly at a different Audi dealer.I realised this only when it was pointed out to us by service receptionist. I requested in waiting service to Nayan because of my medical condition and he obliged without hesitation. I was approached a number of times while waiting and given the service progress status I appreciated his approach in spite of busy schedule in service department. I can only tick all the boxes for excellent customer care and service.

We drove one hour to come look at the classic cars. Unfortunately it was closed and it did not say that on the website. Apart from that it was a alright experience. We kept on getting asked if we need anything
My sixth visit to Sytner West London Audi and always an efficient informative experience . Was looked after by Dariusz this time and he was excellent.
If all you are interested in wasting time in their 5 story emporium of uselessness then this is the place to come to wait weeks for West London Audi to fix your car. My electrical damage to my car was diagnosed on December 10 by video camera. I booked in for service to repair this damage on December 10th for a date six weeks later in order to give them time to order the necessary parts. I dropped off my car on January 25. No parts had been ordered !! 8 days later they still have my car, have done nothing and are still waiting for parts from Germany. Shameful! This is rock bottom service and taking full advantage of a customer. Do not use West London Audi!!

1. A high number of reviews on google are fake. Look at the full list, rather than ‘most relevant’ and check the reviewer’s location and past reviews they have made. In sept 2020 it was rated 2.9*….. 2. Your first experience with their service dept may be good as they want you to bring your car back. Visit 2/3 onwards is when they start trying to pile on the bills for extra work that is not needed, start lying and make things difficult as they now have your trust at this point. 3. Damaged my car the last two times I had left the car with them 4. Will do everything they can to avoid warranty and charge you instead – its easier for them and more profitable with less paperwork. No integrity 5. Put over 100 miles on the car whilst it was with them 6. Lied to me about a warranty claim being rejected. Spoke to Audi head office and no warranty claim was submitted. Mr Bernard then said he had submitted it again in an email chain I was in, Audi UK said they still have not received it. He then stopped responding. 7. When I took my car in for an MOT in Q4 2021 he called me telling me there was some suggested work on brakes, windscreen wipers and professionally begged for some expenditure. I took pity and asked him to change the wipers - £50! 8. Said my car needed 14 hours of investigation work to understand the problem. I declined and had the car picked up by a different Audi dealership who confirmed their master technician found the fault within 15 minutes. West London tried to charge me over £1k for the investigation without even finding the problem 9. If you do decide to go here, get everything in writing 10. Take a video of your car and mileage before handing over the keys 11. Fully inspect the condition of your car when you pick it up 12. Don’t be fooled, AUDI UK cannot help you with these guys, so it is no different than going to an independent. Be very careful, hindsight will stop you going back but it won’t help during the first time they try to professionally screw you over Their service advisors: Nayan P: Once I left the dealership, he emailed me asking me if I knew anything about how to set up a call centre in Asia, he then passed my number to his friend for them to call me and ask more. Would you expect this from Audi? Michael B: Proven liar and was not too happy about being caught out as you can imagine. Ollie N: One of the good guys! Anoop N: claimed 9 hours of investigation work to not find the problem and tried to charge over 1k for a further 5 hours. Will smile whilst screwing you over Andy F: Basically, said because I bought the car from a different Audi dealership, my warranty was that of a 3rd party warranty provider and that I have limited options with them for my repair (car wouldn’t accelerate) Audi UK said the warranty was with Audi and when Audi UK spoke with West London, their feedback was that they could not believe how rude they were. Audi UK wont be able to assist with any issues you have here as the dealership don’t care about consequence. Glenn Mathews: When you post a negative review someone usually replies asking the reviewer to contact him to rectify. He was copied in most emails and did nothing The problem starts from the top down. Sytner have West London, Slough & Reading and they are all conmen in comparison to Robinsons & JCT. West London are so difficult to deal with vs Doncaster who collected my car, dropped a courtesy (A8) to me and could not do enough to fix all problems. I can assure you that you will regret taking your car here even if its not happened to you yet, give it time – there will be a 1k-3k bill that you can’t verify, and they know this. Vultures. I imagine the response from west London will be to defer blame and defend themselves please do this so I can post pictures of everything above!. Over to you West London Audi, lets hear some more lies….
Without a doubt a shambles Nothing about this company gives you any confidence when trying to deal with them Service department never get back to you Never answer the phone and keep you in the dark Warranty repairs are put to the back of the queue. Literally you can leave your car with these idiots for 24 hours and they wont have had a look at it If you are lucky enough to talk to someone on the phone they will ask if you can leave your car with them for a further 24 hours so they can waste even more of your time My 3 month old car has a sensor warning light on So I left it with these idiots for 24 hours and they needed more time to find out what the problem was Plug it into the diag unit and it will tell you within 60 seconds !! I took the car home as I couldnt trust them to be honest with me I then took the same car to Wimbledon who worked out the problem whilst I waited I have 4 Audi cars in my fleet 2 x RS5 1 Q7 and one A1 I will NEVER take anything to these clowns again
Agree with other reviews. Don't bother to buy a car from them. About service! Time for me to look elsewhere.
I have to give West London Audi 10/10 for consistency, bad every time! Tried buying a car through them 2 years ago and such an awful experience I got an Audi elsewhere. Due for a change now and have seen a good lease deal online, thought I would phone them to see if they had the same car in the showroom, got through to a young man who I won’t name who said they didn’t have one. I then said I have been offered a lease deal and he replied straight away we can match that as everyone has the same rates, total nonsense. I gave him the figures and website for the quote, he said will call back in 5 minutes, waited over 4 hours and no phone call back. I also had a poor experience last month on an express service with my current Audi, I was quoted 2 hours, it took 3 hours 15 minutes, I was told I should never have been told 2 hours, they said car could be ready sooner if I didn’t want it washed and vacuumed. Oh and cost would be the same of course! As I said at the start, consistently bad, lovely showroom but the customer experience falls well short again. Under promise and over deliver works best every time! Will you ever get your act together?
