I left my car in with this company after 2 recalls , on getting my car back there was marks to the roof, rattle from the back of the car and recall was not fully functioning. Extremely poor customer service and after care. BMW themselves are no better. I have raised two complaints and have today’s still no support , part of my car is still missing. Do not go near this company, apparently they are short staffed and do not time to support customer according to there whole sales team.
After getting m135i xdrive back from maidenhead the drives much worse gearshift is terrible and erratic and throttle response has completely gone so on gearshift now car falls off the power and now has clunks when shifting in to d or r and also into park it has made the drive like a pig now

I had to take my car to them for engine coolant flush since they provided the wrong one in the first place. After the car was returned to me I noticed my car has been properly messed up. They spent 3.5 hours flushing engine coolant and the the car was returned to me I found the following issues 1) My variable damper control has been messed up, it doesn't work properly anymore specially for rear suspension. 2) auto brightness of the instrument cluster and iDrive display have gone wonky. It goes extremely dark while other times it gets extremely bright. 3) Wing mirrors glass has been replaced with cheap alternatives. 4) the park distance control sensors and blind spot monitoring have also been messed up with. I am still in the process of figuring out what else they have messed up. When I asked them to review the CCTV footage, I was conveniently told the CCTV cameras were down, so there's no accountability of the technician. The head of business is the biggest lying crook I have ever come across. He didn't give consent to record calls and promised me to provide call recordings and never did. Avoid, run away, look elsewhere.
I recently purchased an approved used vehicle which had a couple of issues. The first being the front seats and the second it was due a service in 4K ish Miles. This it turned out was free but somehow not passed on to me at the time and has since cost me £460 pounds. I even called the sales guys Prior to getting it serviced elsewhere who said I could go anywhere! Meanwhile Shortly afterwards a chap called Harry called me and asked could I bring car back as it’s had a recall and that the service is free. Mind blowing and I called back and still no call back...

My car went there after an accident and the level of service I got was shocking – All they were interested in is more money – Avoid if you can
This was the most depressing car service of my life. I paid £890 for a service that took 9hrs. Finally I got my car back with a massive scratch down the side. You will be assigned an idiot when you turn up. He will talk to you like a child. And then dissappear once he realises your car has been massively damaged in their care. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Bought a petrol hybrid i8 advertised as 34 mile battery range and getting 10/11 miles fully charged. It is not the model/spec that was advertised (advertised as the LCI model with larger fuel tank/battery range). I collected the car and the dealership had not charged the battery so zero charge and no idea about the range issue upon collection. No response to emails or calls from the sales manager (A) or the salesman (M) over a period of three weeks despite rejecting the car under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 well within the time limit. Seriously frustrating to deal with these guys. Avoid if you can. (Also note that the capitalisation and punctuation on the three positive reviews are suspiciously similar?! Hmmm)

I live over 20 miles away, but the trip was so worth it. Service, MOT and recall carried out swiftly. Great update calls and easy loan car arrangement,. best service I have received from Sytner BMW in Maidenhead as a BMW owner
