I purchased an Audi from another dealer a distance away (best price) but Audi Nottingham was my local garage for servicing I booked my car service well in advance. However the day prior to the scheduled service, I receive a courtesy call to check the time which had been logged as 2 hours before the original agreed time. The caller offered me a complimentary breakfast which I duly chose. On arrival there was no sign of any breakfast or offer of an alternative The customer service I received was very poor,
Ive had a horrible service from Audi Abbeyfield Road in Notts. I was given a original date of before xmas until dealer went on holiday which then delayed delivery till the 30th Dec as car didnt get ordered till a week later which i accepted. Im now being told that the second date they gave me of 30th December that there going to struggle to get me in the car by that date, im supposed to be a priority yet they still cant get my car after 8 weeks, they have had my deposit in AUDI accounts making interest for the last 10 weeks. I didnt expect this kind of service from a top class dealership, im totally disgusted and very close to canceling my order, if i was you and you want an AUDI i wouldnt go Abbeyfield Road Nottingham!!!
Car is fantastic Dealer was great until they had the money in their account. After that I was merely an inconvenience.

Yes i would recommend Sytner in Nottingham. Had to work hard to haggle down to the price i got with the caveat of getting the most to your money. Helpful and friendly service so overall a good experience when purchasing my Audi A5.
