I called Audi Nottingham this week, about 09.30am 10/12/19 and spoke with SERVICE name Paula, could be wrong. I called Audi Nottingham for some advice, as I bought a Q8 from an independent dealer. The car is only 9 months old (still has 2.75 years warranty). And the price was allot less than what a Audi dealer could offer. Hence independent. The attitude from this Nottingham dealership/department, stinks. They told me to go back to the independent dealer, as I never bought the car from, them. No conversation, no help, no advice, nothing. My advice I you have an Audi, or looking for help. In the first instance stay clear of Audi Nottingham, either call or go to Lincoln Audi. Lincoln bent of backwards to assist. Thank you Audi Lincoln. WELL DONE to Audi Lincoln, they will get my custom from now on!

Disgrace to bear the name of Audi. I currently drive an S63 and was looking to purchase the new S8 and called the local Audi garage. I spoke to a chap who was very helpful and arranged to give me an extended test drive on the 20th December and return the vehicle back to them on Saturday 21st December. I was pleased with the service and the sales person reminded me to come in with my driver’s license on the day of collection. Since making the booking the sales personal called me to confirm that the dates had not changed and I was still happy to take the car on the 20th December, I confirmed I was. 20th December 2018 9am I sent my driver to Nottingham Audi and after 1 hour of frantically looking for the A8 that was supposed to be loaned to me could not be found. I receive a call from the sales person and my driver who both confirmed the car was not there. I was very upset and was in total disarray that Nottingham Audi can just loose cars! 15 minutes after my driver left I received a call and was told that the car was there but due to the insurance criteria they could not release the car to the driver. I asked the sales person is the car physically there as I don’t wished to inconvenience and he confirmed “Yes it is but we just cannot release it to the driver”, I agreed with the sales person that I will pop down at noon and collect the vehicle. The sales person retained my license and suggested that he would have the paperwork ready to save time. 11:45am I have at Nottingham Audi and waiting a few minutes to meet with the salesman and also sign the paperwork and take delivery of the extended test drive, the meet and greet was pleasant but I was ushered to a private office. Once we both sat the salesman went through the pleasantries can then advised me that the car was not there!!!! I was in complete and utter shock! I replied to the salesman that I spoke to you today and you advised me that the car was there but you could not release it to my driver but you will retain my license and have the paperwork prepared. He just looked at me like was speaking another language and had no compassion for his major lack of sincerity and inefficiency. He made no apologies and simply did not have an explanation to why the car was not there after he confirmed to me verbally he could see the car and it was ready for collection that very day. Audi Nottingham need to review this complaint as there inexperienced staff could be mistreating many of the Audi customers and the mark is highly respected all over the work but the team at Nottingham just have no clue about customer service!

Simply avoid buying a car from Nottingham Audi. There are plenty of dealers and other brands that will treat you far better. They were misleading and don't want to know when there is a problem. If you must by an Audi, make the effort to find a better dealership even if you have to travel a little out of the city. If I could give a minus rating, I would. You have been warned.

After a previously disappointing experience at Nottingham Audi resulting in buying a car elsewhere, I went in apprehensive. I was greeted by Roger who listened to exactly what A3 id like and matched my requirements. So pleased with my new car and very happy the attentive and friendly service. Thank you Roger!

Was sold my car at Nottingham Audi on the basis of a 5 year service plan. This turns out to be a 3.5 year plan - so the car was mis-sold. Rude, completely unbothered attitude. Neil Jarvis couldn't even be bothered to return my call, that's how much they value their customers. I will never set foot in that place ever again. Will be going to Lincoln Audi in future just like everyone else.

Nottingham Audi are amazing. Visited four car dealer showrooms, and these guys topped them all, with hospitality, service, welcome and care. Between Leah, Roger, Duncan and Jonathan, we could not have asked for better service or better customer care. Personable and warm, without guile, genuinely interested in us as people and listened to our needs and what we were looking for, providing us with what felt like a highly personalised customer experience. In contrast to other dealerships who engaged us in what felt like their sales agenda, Leah, Roger, Duncan and Jonathon placed our wants and needs in the driving seat of their engagement with us. We wanted to begin with a test drive and unlike every other dealership that is what they started with, and carefully ascertained our thoughts and thinking and brought their expertise and insights alongside what we were looking for, ending in an excellent purchase for us resulting from a brilliant customer centric approach. Each visit and appointment we have had with them was characterised in the same manner, and even if they weren't dealing with us directly in that stage in the process, remembered us and took opportunity to come over and say hullo. Genuinely nice bunch.

We have had nothing but upset and stress from these people.Argogant and very rude.Buy a new Audi else where and not from Sytner Audi Nottingham.

In December 2016 Audi UK asked me to take my car into a dealer for its free 18 month visual inspection. My car is a 2015 A3 e-tron, which I had to buy from Audi Leicester (I could not buy it from my local dealer in Nottingham). When I came to pay the bill (on 12 January 2017) I was asked to pay £218.40 (not free!). I complained about this, but the service assistant said it was necessary. Subsequently, I found that this £218 'Service was scheduled for the earlier of 19,000 miles and 2 years. My car is 18 months old and has covered 9,600 miles, so was not due for the service. The invoice says I should contact Neil Jarvis if I am not extremely satisfied. I have asked Neil Jarvis for a refund (by e-mail) and haven't received a reply. Also, I have phoned Audi Nottingham, and Neil Jarvis seems to never be available, and, despite promises, he hasn't telephoned me back. My previous experience of Audi Nottingham has been good (I purchased my first A3 in 2006 and have always used them for servicing). However, my recent experience has been most unsatisfactory. A friend who has an A3 was given this inspection and not charged at Derby Audi.
