Whilst booking my car in for it's next service i have just discovered that the spark plugs and gear box oil should have been changed 7,000 miles ago. I was not made aware of this on collecting my car on the last service. At the last service my car was within 2,000 miles of requiring the additional work, so had this been i been made aware at the point of booking (or on the day) I would had all this work completed in one go as the car was in warranty. I have lost faith in Audi and the point in having an expensive service if this is the protection and care i am given.
Bought car 2018 delivered with wheel bolt missing! Had to be returned - error on safety check confirmed. So much for the 150 checks… First service 2020. Very little mileage done. SORN during early covid. MOT 2021 FAILED!! Headlamp alignment required & washer pump failure! Car has 16000, 3000 of which I have done. Audi request £300 to put right and pass MOT. Appalling service, I questioned why this work was necessary on a car that has done so little mileage in fact Michael suggested I didn’t have to take my car there, if I wasn’t happy with there service! unbelievable. Web cam sent to me actually showed better tread on tyres this year, than previous web cam in 2020. Car was left dirty inside and rubbish in footwell Audi Reading are only interested in making a sell and are a poor representative for the AUDI reputation. Think twice before buying from here.

Don’t not buy a car from Audi reading..the worst thing I ever did!! Broke within 2 days..kept the car for over 3weeks!! Same parts failed 1year later and refused to fix car!! Always find reasons to get out of fixing it!! They don’t stick to warranty agreement and the technicians are so thick they can’t explain simple explanations of faults that’s have allegedly found... all they want is to rip off the public!! Staff are useless! No communication at all,rude and don’t want to know unless there taking your cash!! Stay away from these cowboys

Went into Audi Reading as I had seen some cars online that I liked the look of and wanted to discuss deals for finance. Well I wished I never bothered. The older man I went to see was rude, didn’t build any rapport with me and just wanted to rip me off. Going in there as a young girl he just preyed on that and didn’t take me seriously. Well I told him to stuff it and now purchased a car elsewhere! Don’t waste your time unless you’re willing to give them a lot of your money unnecessarily.
I guess but a new car shouldn't be a good experience for me and my husband is not we buying a new car on March at Reading Audi salon and no one told us that car hasn't bee involve in accident overoll we come to collect the car and the vehicle had been please but don't very carefully on the vehicle was going away from the bottom cell a tap from lakework very carefully when you were collect your car please check everything possible. Thank you

Our Car failed its MOT in May 2019 Reading Audi quoted, said they carried out the work and then charged for parts and labour to repair so that the vehicle would pass the MOT. They said that they did the work retested the car and issued a MOT. when the vehicle went to a different Audi Main dealer to have the Cam belt changed in November they said that the part Reading Audi had said they fitted had failed (not knowing we had recently had it changed) and it was an MOT failure so we had the part changed when I questioned the garage they said the part was not new and on further investigation it was date stamped with the same date as the cars manufacture. I questioned Reading Audi and they stated that they had changed the part and suggested that we had removed the new part and replaced it with a faulty one, the same age as the car before taking the car to a different dealer for a cam belt replacement.

Very Upset, paid a £1000 deposit on an Audi a3 on Monday and left it with Jacob Smith at Reading Audi to sort everything out so i could collect car on Saturday. Phoned up on Friday to make sure it was going to plan only to be told he left 3 days ago and he took my money but didn't do the paperwork so nobody knew about me other than Jacob and the car has now been sold. Very upset and angry, didn't expect this from an Audi dealer!!!

My A3 2lt diesel was recalled for a starter motor solenoid check I had bought this car from Audi when it was 3 years old and had the solenoid replaced just after I had it when it failed to start while on holiday in Romania the garage replaced it with VW solenoid. But Audi kept sending recall letters to me so I booked it in at Reading Audi .I told the service lady that I did not want any other work carried out on the especially the not the and I repeat not the emissions upgrade which has been in the news for the last couple of years as the car ran really well and I was impressed with the fuel economy and hadn’t joined any claims company try to sue Audi because I was happy with the car When I pick the car up guess what not only was I presented with paper work for the wrong car they then said they couldn’t do the solenoid because I had an aftermarket one fitted (VW one ?) but they had carried out the emissions so called upgrade They then said my wife had signed for this to be carried out but the paperwork had gone missing (my wife had not signed anything) they then said they would look into it and their cctv would show the technician doing the work and where the paperwork was after several phone calls each one ending in someone will call you back which never happened I spoke to a service person who said they can’t find anything on the cctv , Convenient paperwork lost and also the cctv footage that was over 3 months ago and still I have not one call or letter from them . This is my forth Audi and loved them all but I am so disappointed with the way I have been treated by Audi in Reading My name is Karl Fischer hopefully the manager at Reading Audi will read this and have the decency to call me they have my phone no
