I went to Reading Audi in reading looking to buy a new family car . The guy who dealt with me was called lee Jones he was so helpful very polite and explained everything to me . I would recommend going to see Lee as I am the proud owner of an Audi many thanks Lee.
Both Matt and Steve at Reading Audi were excellent in handling my 1st initial call right through to the end. It was effortless and efficient. I would have no hesitation in recommending both of these guys and the dealership as a whole. For a large corporate dealership it is gratifying to find such a friendly relaxed atmosphere. From the moment you enter the showroom at Reading Audi you are offered a coffee and made to feel welcome, the sales team are knowledgeable, professional and can't do enough to help with no obvious pressure to buy. The after sales service is equally impressive with the guys in the parts department and the body shop putting most dealerships of a similar size to shame. Thoroughly recommend Reading Audi.
Andy Ackers at Reading Audi picked up my request for a test drive and from that moment has been extremely helpful. I changed my mind a few times but he was very calm and a great sounding board for me. I decided to buy a car and he was very professional through the whole process.
I popped into Audi Reading to buy some new washer jets for my A4. Mark came straight out and cleared them (without charge) He also would not accept a "drink" I was very impressed and now think very differently about Audi Reading. Thank You.

Had a brilliant experience with reading Audi Fixed my car straight away and had a hire car whilst my car was being fixed Left a dog lead in hire car Spoke to Matthew stanworth brilliant customer service sorted out returning my dog lead straight away to me! Would highly recommend

I test drove a used Porsche Boxster at the Sytner Audi dealership in Reading last week, the sale consultant was a young chap, nice, friendly, quite open about not knowing much about Porsches (fair enough for an Audi dealership!). Drive went well, and I made an offer, with the proviso I could have the vehicle checked out by a Porsche specialist (no inspection, no deal), such as the Porsche Dealership in Reading for a bore scope inspection. I was given the usual "We've some people looking at it over the weekend" line, so I said "No problem, you have my offer, let's chat on Monday re whether it's sold, still available etc". The sale chap (Let's call him "Z") said "Fine" , and I was happy with that, But oh no; 3 hrs later , "Z" rang back, said someone had been in to see the car and made an offer similar to mine (story later changed to it was haggling over a trade in value, but who cares about the details), and the "Sales Manager" suggested he go back to whichever customer he liked more (I love these cliché'd sales lines) and ask if they'd pay another £200 on what I'd offered. I accepted there and then, happy days, and agreed to contact Porsche to book in a pre-purchase inspection of the car early the following week, and agreed to pay a deposit the following morning (Saturday). From here it goes from "atypical car sales techniques 101" to "Slighty bizarre/disingenuous/customer service fail" I rang on Saturday am to pay the deposit, left a msg for "Z", but when he called back, the story had changed to "the Sales Manager has an issue with you having a pre-purchase inspection done (warning bells anyone?!) at Porsche"....when I asked why, "Z" (who I suspect was being told what to say by others at Audi Reading) was unable to give me a logical reason. I proposed a local Porsche Specialist (who don't sell cars...thus in theory no conflict of interest (not that there was one in the 1st place! Needless to say, Porsche Reading were rather bemused by all this when I rang to cancel the workshop appointment). "Z" said he'd take my new proposition back to the Sales Manager (re using a local specialist for the check over), and call me back. And that's the last I heard. Two unreturned phone calls and 2 unanswered emails later (now Monday), I am guessing they've either found someone who would pay more (in which case, just "Man Up" and let me know, I'm sure I'll cope)....or.....they have a good reason for me to NOT have the car inspected. Either way, I'd like to award Audi Reading "10/10" for customer service and advancing the reputation of car sales professionalism and ethical conduct. :-)
