Purchased a nearly new vehicle from Sytner BMW Solihull.There was a few minor hiccups.But the worst of them has to be me driving off their forecourt with about just over 1gallon of diesel in the tank.How mean and tight.Hang your head in shame karl rogers.When you contacted me a day later for feedback,And i said about this incident.To be fair he did offer me the princely sum of £15,When i was the area.Well keep it !!
Just had my X3 repaired by Sytner Solihull. The service advisor Ravi Singi was most helpful and arranged for the technician to road test the car. The faults we quickly diagnosed and parts ordered. Fortunately my BMW warranty covered the cost of the repairs but I would certainly continue to have my vehicle serviced and maintained by Sytner Solihull. Great experience and a 5 star service from Ravi.

My car went in to Sytner BMW Solihull on Monday for it's first MOT and a complete free check, whilst there I was told there was a recall for I think they said an EGR valve. I asked if it could be done whilst I was there and was told the part needed to be ordered in so I rebooked it in for today (friday). BMW phoned me Thursday to confirm I was taking the car in. Went in today and was told they did not have the part, they needed to strip part of the engine down take a picture of the part and send it to BMW , they would then decide if the part needed replacing (what). Was told I had to wait 1.5 hours or longer whilst they photographed the part and put the engine back together and would then have to rebook the car in again. I asked why they did not photograph the part on Monday whilst I was there for 3 hours and they said they did not know. I have now decided not to buy a vehicle off these people ever again as this is another of a very long line of problems I have had over the years with BMW

With Sytner being such an established name I would have expected better service, they were supposed to sort an issue with the wheels before sale which they didn't do, as a result they had it back for nearly 3 weeks and I had to push for them to complete the repairs. I had no courtesy call or after sales car since. I wouldn't personally use them again.
