Jack, fantastic customer service Bud, thanks you so much for gift. Jack was the most amazing sales person, listened to what we wanted, made the car look nice, made us nice coffee and welcomed us to the showroom, he even went so far as to buy our Son and radio controlled volvo XC90 and went out of his way to buy batteries. Such a nice experience when we purchased our Volvo v90 which appears to be a very special car. Jack at Warwick had a towbar fitted for me and referbed the alloys. The other staff were friendly and greeted us whenever we arrived. I will be returning to buy my next volvo, why go anywhere else with this kind of service.

I was looked after by every member of staff I met. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, the experience could not have been better. I am thrilled with my new car and could not recommend Tollbar enough.

Went in to look at buying a Volvo xc40 stood there for 10 minutes and lots of staff walking pass and at their desks. No manned reception at all and not one person spoke to us at all or even stopped to ask if they could help. Nothing! How do you sell cars when you don’t even greet your customers? Well due to your complete lack of customer service you won’t. Left disappointed after being blatantly ignored!! This is how you lose sales. Can only imagine that if I did purchase a car there would be any after sales contact or customer service. Do not waste your time here! Had to give one star to vehicle as described and value for money as it will not submit review but obviously those are zero stars as we never even got spoken to.
Made an enquiry on a used car. Not a great experience. Apparently can’t match publicly advertised APR of another quoted Volvo dealership on used and trade in price was several thousand below that offered by another dealer. No detail on figures when asked. Lack of hunger in doing deal and would not have wasted my time had I known.
I bought a used XC60 from Tollbar Volvo Warwick. They will be as nice as pie to get the sale. Once it is done, forget any hope of the same treatment later in ownership. I honestly believe the car was not checked over before handing it over. Don't get me wrong, staff are polite, but words mean nothing when actions don't materialise or they give out incorrect information. They can certainly 'talk the talk!' I am still waiting for information on extended warranties despite two requests. (yes a potential sale they choose to ignore). Accessories promised never came, (bought them from another main dealership in the end at a cheaper price). I'm two years into ownership of the car, which is superb, but their level of service still falls well below what I expect from the brand. How they remain in business I don't know! I know, it's easy to complain, but I'm not lying. Their inability to check their records resulted in me having to call them and cancel a booking. Time wasted for all. It may sound trivial but it all adds up. If you are a private customer, tread very carefully and check things before and afterwards. You will become 'a valued customer' when they are trying to sell cars at one of their special events.
Purchased used approved volvo xc90 with select warranty. after driving only 1800 mainly motorway miles found out from my local dealer that all pads dangerously worn(100% rear) including rear discs as a result of metal on metal contact-several hundred pounds later to replace brakes but no support from tollbar warwick. Awaiting small claims court date. avoid!
Nearly new XC60 purchased from Tollbar Volvo Warwick. Not impressed with a bill of nearly £700 10 weeks into ownership (and minimal miles) for tyres and rear brakes. My local dealer contacted the dealership to ask for a contribution but they didn't want to know. So much for Volvo Selekt. Absolutely lost a future customer with this attitude.

We drove from Essex to view an XC90 on a Sunday afternoon and our experience with Tollbar Volvo Warwick was brilliant. Whilst there were only two sales people in the showroom they were confidently services ourselves and 3 others. A car buying process is never quick, but they made the process easy and comfortable, as well as entertaining an energetic 3 year old! Needless to say, we purchased the car and they took ours for a good price in part exchange. The car we bought was excellent and delivered to us 150 miles away only a few days later. Will def recommend and if or when we need to upgrade, we'll certainly consider these guys again.
