Drove from Bristol to view 2 vans for sale at TH White Land Rover in Swindon. Told previous day that although van specialist wasn't in, we could view and drive. Got here and first told they couldn't access keys as specialist wasn't here, and then when they decided that they could find the keys, it turned out they didn't have the van advertised that we'd specifically arranged to see. Wasted 3 hours of our time.
