We were interested in a Fiat 500 but had no experience of them. We drove one and was unsure because of the ride. Wife saw on line a more modern one that she liked the look of. The test drive was good and we asked the salesman for the figures, basically what was the minimum price we could pay. Two days later he emailed with PCP figures. Asked for best cash price and was told the car was sold. We asked him to look for another similar. 3 days later the car we had shown interest in was back for sale. A week has gone by and we are still waiting to hear that the car is available. Are TJ Vickers & Sons doing so well they can ignore us? Have now gone elsewhere! All staff seemed very pleasant but.........

Perhaps bare in mind they are a business by the sound of things you were messing them around. I’ve just bought a fiat 500 from them and we had a first class service, I find your review rather strange !!
TJ Vickers & Sons took my car for a full service and then left my keys with a complete stranger. Then initially blamed me when they had my details and could've called for me to come down. Appaling post customer service. Still awaiting to hear back! Stay away.

Goodness me, what an aggressive review. Perhaps take a breath, you’ve had your car serviced by the sound of things there was a mix up with keys (which can happen anywhere) and it sounds like you’ve had one of those days. Consider the impact such a negative review can have on a good local family business, all of this from a possible simple mistake.
I went to T J vickers and sons in April. I purchased an Alfa Romeo. The salesmen were very good, I was dealt with by Mitchell and he was very helpful and knew his stuff. The car was in great condition, very clean and looking new and it was a very good price. I have had no issues with this vehicle at all and I would most certainly recommend this dealership to anyone.
